Grill'd Ocean Keys

I don’t often leave bad reviews but we are very regular grill’d customers and have been for years and this is possibly the worse burgers we’ve ever had.

Seeing as burger prices aren’t cheap I can’t give this place any excuse for what we received.

We ordered two Simon says chicken burgers tonight and the chicken was so offputting it seriously had the texture of …. Wet sliced lettuce compacted into a thigh

It honestly felt like it went straight from the freezer to the grill, so didn’t have the time to lose all the water and they also burnt it so it tasted like watery burnt charcoal in the grossest way possible.

Both my partner and I had burnt chicken and burnt buns, and the fried chicken bites we ordered on the side were extra dry.

Honestly will never order from ocean keys grill’d again, was almost enough to put me off the entire franchise…

We always go to carousel and in the city and it’s always been delicious, maybe train staff better to defrost chicken properly and not burn things?

The guy serving tonight needs more training. 2 wrong burgers and when second burger was sent back, he bought it back exactly the same. When sent back a second time, it sat on the bench for nearly 15mins before i approached a different server to let her know what's happening with that burger. Upon bringing it back to our table, it still was missing the extra ingredients and was the same burger that had been sitting there for 15mins.
Very disappointing. Won't be going back there.

I just got home from grill’d with my partner after getting a takeaway order, to realise they forgot the top part of the burger we tried calling but no one picked up.

Ordered x2 Summer Sunset Burgers. Came with no pineapple or avocado

Family and I always order food here. Never seems to be enough staff rostered on at weekends (fri/Sat). This weekend many empty tables were filled with old food, many online orders along with dine in customers.

Definitely not fair on the hardworking staff or on the customers. Becoming less and less likely for us to come to this Branch.

Only ever get take away and it’s gradually getting worse each time. The burger Pattie’s are coming burnt to a crisp with little to no sauce so it’s dry. Bread is stale 90% of the time and the large chips is never more than 1/2 full. Time to find a new burger joint

Well, I've been made to order through the website after clarkson wont answer phone orders.
Ive been ordering off line for a lil while now however I'm still having to wait for my order when it's meant to be ready.
I am now averaging a over 7min wait upon my order time ETA.
Constantly disappointed. The only thing keeping me coming back is I like the burgers and they are closest. Not they are always delivered as said menu.
I miss Kingsway and Hillary's, they never disappointed.
***I've just got my 8min late burgers and they are cold.how is that

Got here 30min before closing and ordered s huge order. The level of professionalism and positive attitude of the staff is inspiring! Well done team!

Just had lunch at Grill’d Clarkson. Best service ever and delicious burger. I had the Simon Says which is so good. Lovely waitress and fantastic food and service. Highly recommend?

My mum and I just had lunch here today and the lady who was serving us was so lovely and went out of her way to check we were enjoying our meals etc. I genuinely can’t even remember the time I received such amazing customer service so thank you for the great food and amazing service!:)

Food was good (tasty but small portions) service was bad though… very quiet inside yet didn’t get my drink until after I had finished my meal. Waitress was apologetic but I could see them standing around on their phones so not sure how that’s justified

Just ordered a burger, asked for onion rings to be hot- came out lukewarm and oily! The bun was soggy and dry, inedible! Definitely won’t be ordering here again considering how overpriced the burgers are too!

Ordered online for takeaway which was nice a fast with a short wait time (7mins) arrived to collect and the only people to be seen were in the kitchen. After they started calling out for someone they eventually came from around the back. We ordered the Zen Hen, Crispy Bacon and Cheese with chips and Chipotle mayo and it was all great even after the drive home.

I would definitely go back, finished my meal and was full but not full of grease like some other types of burgers.

Burger has been served cold on 2x visits. This visit I asked for it to be hot. It came out lukewarm.maybe that's the way Grilld do their burgers but I can't eat meat like that. Service was good however the floors are sticky dirty to walk on and outside tables are covered in dirt.
Well overpriced

Best quality burgers in Clarkson / Mindarie area. Staff remember who you are and address you by name. Great, fresh quality food. Not too crowded. Very pleasant atmosphere.

Great food and service. Prices are a little heavy but the consistency of their food and service makes it worthwhile.

Called to make an order for pickup.
Stated 3 times what I would like and they still got it wrong.

An employee named Kai Heath was witnessed running over someone and leaving the scene. Leaving the person that was hit in hospital over nice with bruises, scratches and possibly a broken leg. Wouldn’t be able to identify him without him wearing his work shirt.

Says they're open til 10pm but all packed up and shut at 9.40 on Saturday night, not even doing takeaway. Please adjust your opening hours.

We got the vegetarian Garden Goodness burger and the mini bites from the kids menu and we were obsessed. My burger was amazing, was full of salad and the vegetable patty was beautiful. My brother had the mini bites and he is so fussy and was obsessed with them saying “this is the best food ever”. Presentation was and customer service was great.

I just download the grilld app to place a delivery order. Went complete they told me that it would get to me at 7.20 now being 7.40 I call them to ask where my order is to get told that they don't deliver, even though I paid $5 extra for delivery and would have to come to pick it up. I went to the shop to pick it up to then see that the delivery driver for my order is waiting for it with me. Not happy don’t even eat the food it was too cold
