Grill'd Mt Lawley

Burgers seem a lot smaller lately than what they used to be. Kids nuggets covered in salt. Zucchini chips are delicious though. I read that prices are going up soon so thinking it's time to try a different burger place, especially if the burgers at Grill'd keep shrinking.

First time ever going to grilld i had no idea what i wanted, The employee with green hair was so helpful and lovely with helping me choose a good burger definitely will be going again

Food was ok.but SO NOISY! Cars, ambulances, police and rev heads! Could hardly hear myself talk

Very poor customer service, paid for the chips but didn’t get it and surprisingly I came to know that they have added extra sauce in each burger with $2.50.

Lady with green hair is very stand offish and quite rude busy or not busy she shouldn't be serving

Great range of burgers including vegan. Great kid's menu, parking good, service very good, not ecpensive

Great service and super friendly staff. Food was hot and fresh, great! For a quick bite, it’s a hit!

Change the buns you use for your sliders
They’re so dry (gross)
Chips came out cold the service representative argued that they just came out of the “oven” even though you deep fry your chips.
I was the only customer in the restaurant and I specifically said no tomatoes and the woman agreed not to put in any and guess what I found

Wow! I absolutely love the sweet potato fries here and the people are fantastic! We didn’t wait long for our food and the manager John made our night very special ️ I will definitely be going here again

The Simply Grill'd Burger from this place tasted pretty good. It was 11.50.

This place also has a selection of wine and beer

I love grill'd. First time in this one and we decided to try the 2x1 in vegan burgers (with gluten free bun). Amazing! We couldn't believe they were vegan, so tasty! The cheese burger was even better than normal burgers that you can eat in other places.
We also got a take away wild wild west but we ate it there too. So yummy!
Both the chips and the sweet potato are nice, each of us chose their favourite.
We will come back!

I placed a delivery order, only got half of it. I called the store and they asked if I could pick up the order they forgot, said there was nothing they could do. Also suggested placing and paying for the order again! Unbelievable. Will see if I even get a refund for the food I never got. They said it had to be processed through Melbourne

Great place, fast service, good food. I highly recommend the crispy bacon burger with zucchini chips. However, the costs are a bit pricey.

They forgot about our order, sat there for over 45 minutes waiting for food to arrive and watching everyone come in and order, eat then leave. Till I went up to the staff and asked them to find out they never started on our burgers nor they had the order noted down. After the agony was over and finally receiving our order, the chips were nice, the burgers were average and could tell they were made up in a rush and not coming out of a cook's love for food

Miserable guy took my order, clearly didn't enjoy serving me for some reason. I asked another staff member later if Misery Guts was always so pleasant to the public and was told "it's hot".

Burger was quite good, but they seem to have shrunken in size - no doubt due to galloping inflation and wage rises.oh hang on.

Waited over 45 minutes for our order. Had to go up to the counter to ask where it was. Gave us complimentary chips but didn't properly apologise.

Food was good, staff were good, but the pigeons running rampant along the tables are a very serious concern. One even flew into the food prep area.

These birds aren't just pests - they carry serious diseases, just like rats and cockroaches.

If they could somehow solve this problem, I'd recommend the restaurant, but until then it is a serious health risk.

They don't give orders to drivers on time. Today I wait 40 minutes for my order. They don't even apologize, for them its like normal. Pathetic service. Untrained staff members. Even their staff is rude with me.

Ehhh it's Grill'd; a burger chain one pay grade above McDonald's. Staff still seemed a little covid freaked even though the rest of the city is relatively chill. Being told by a failed artist with what looks like his first moustache to stand on a cross as I wait to pay for an overpriced burger isn't necessarily the best way to get the appetite going. But hey, the burger was fine. Knives are scarce in this place though. I don't know if it's illegal to bring your own, but maybe suss out a table that has them before committing to the sit down.
