Grill'd Mt Lawley

Placed my order via the app. Collection time was stated as being only 7 minutes later! I received my order 32 minutes AFTER THE ADVISED COLLECTION TIME! I could see staff were clearly under the pump with orders but the Manager should have updated the wait time on the app or turned off outside ordering apps like Uber etc until staff had caught up. I’ve worked in several businesses in the takeaway industry and this is what we have to do. I witnessed several irritable customers having to ask staff how long their order would be- both dining in and takeaway customers. Not a good look or feeling for staff and not a good look for the business’s reputation! I will commend staff on the delicious food though and my order was packed neatly and was complete with everything ordered.

Excellent services delivered by Grill’d Mt. Lawley. Focused towards customers delight, quick circuit delivery, excellent work from Karan, they have the capability to take Grill’d to a new level, keep it up!

We were so pleased with the service at this Grilld! A lovely guy served us (sorry I didn’t get your name!) and even wrote a kind note on our takeaway bag. The food was nice and fresh, and the service was great.:)

I would not recommend this grilld, in-store or ubereats, my friend and I ordered tonight she asked for no beetroot in her burger and got it, our chips were old and burnt, I ordered a burger that had egg in it, I didn’t even get the egg, I also asked for no beetroot they put it in, my patty was half crushed, the onion rings were black, even when I’ve gone in store the food is just meh, the best grilld is Victoria park coming from someone who has been to most grillds this is definitely one of the worst

Reliable and deliciously irresistible, Grill'd prides itself on its fresh ingredients and welcoming staff, and it shows. Buns are always toasted to perfection and we've never had a problem!
Would highly recommend for a fun family dinner:)

Have given this woeful franchise enough chances now - it has come to this. After literally countless visits (at least 4 burgers at a hit) where things were not right, I decided one last chance. Figured it’s lunch and I was early so there would be less chance of a stuff up- obviously gave too much credit. 2 stone cold large chips and 4 cringeworthy cold burgers! No justification whatsoever. They appeared to be a bunch of students working there covered in silly tattoos and too concerned with gossip and chat than doing a good job in justifying the most overpriced burgers in Perth. Catchya Grilld. You’ve lost your way and I promise you’ve lost my business. I will never ever return. You are a poor excuse for a business and should be thoroughly ashamed of the rubbish food you supply to your customers.

I typically order the same thing each time at Grill'd and found no difference in quality on this occasion. Why not 5 stars? I found the music being played a bit too loud, intrusive and generally overbearing. This is my own personal preference, however, so you could very easily have a 5 star experience.

Usually the burgers at grill’d mt Lawley are good but tonight it was horrible. Would’ve gotten better burger at hungry jacks for half the price. The meat patty was so over cooked and dry, my burger had chunks of charcoal on it and had something like baking paper in the burger, I’m assuming it was the paper that separates the frozen meat partties. When the waiter came and asked if everything was good I told him that the burgers were so dry and showed the chunks of paper and charcoal that came out of my burger and his response was yeah sorry about that but we’ve been so busy tonight, then he said enjoy your night and walked off. My husband and I were just shocked at his response.

One of our favourite places great service and always high quality food, but please bring back the Avo chips)

Best burgers in town, pricey but worth it, its not junk food, its top quality, beer served as well.

Staff very professional, friendly and very welcoming. Food was fantastic, very good presentation and tasty. Recommend to visit if you are in the area.

Came in at 9: 30 to get food takeaway but whilst waiting for it to cook we asked to purchase 2 x Matsos Gingerbeer for dine in while we wait. The staff would not sell us dine in drinks as we had ordered takeaway and thus we are writing this review. We had purchased food but couldn't purchase beverages to drink while waiting due to legislation, we think this rule is silly and told the staff. Sorry to the young girl who got backlash from us because of your rules we DO NOT agree with!

Very disappointing! Burgers went to a different table and when it finally got to us was stone cold! How many other tables did it go to before we finally received it? They offered fresh burgers, but we were waiting at least half an hour and had kids with us. What's worst, the drinks came out after our food! We have been regulars for many years but noticed the last few times the food is taking longer and drinks always come out after the food. We will not be back to the Mount Lawley store.

This used to be good. My buddy and I are super regular here. Burger bun recently blackened to a char and the whole burger tasted like charcoal.
“How is everything with your meal. ”
“This is burnt black as you can see and just sucks. ”
“It’s really hard to grill these properly. Sorry about that. ”
Staff culture with 2 exceptions just sucks.

Went there with mum and sister really good service and really nice food we all enjoyed our meals.

Never able to serve a gluten-free bun without burning it in 8 years!

The only reason I went back this time was because of the promise of a tastier, softer gluten free bun.

Charcoal is not tastier!

This Venue was really nice and suitable for my vegan friend. However, the toilet situation needs to be under control. I walked into the toilet and there was massive poo stains everywhere.some of them were from my curry that I took into the venue. The poo stains definitely reflected the food at this restaurant.but other then that I would recommend this venue

Absolutely loved it. Burgers we had were awesome, and the sweet potato fries are to die for. Neat clean and tidy place, friendly staff

Was really nice and the girl on the grill she was doing really amazing, as well as the rest of the staff but she was hardworking… thank you guys
