Grill'd Leederville

Displeased with recent visit.
Firstly two mini me meals were ordered, and neither arrived with chips - which was probably solvable except for the fact that it was a take away order and contents were not reviewed before leaving the store. Neither of the chicken burgers were very good - chicken was very overdone. The garlic aioli in the Sir Truffle burger was overpoweringly garlicy - and I enjoy garlic. The beef patty contained gristle to the point where chunks of it were too chewy to swallow.
This has not been my experience at this store in the past, or other grill'd stores. Unsure if this is a once off problem with this franchise.

One word-disappointing! I am a big fan of Grill'd and have been here many times but this evening was awful. Firstly it was FLITHY. The floors, tables and seats.flies/food/crumbs everywhere. I cleaned my own table and chairs and still decided to give it ago as this was unusual from my previous experiences. Secondly guy behind til, cleaned one or two tables and then proceeded to go back behind the counter and stand there.lots and lots of dirty table tops and he just stands there.and it wasn't busy, at one point we were the only people in there! Thirdly the food, burnt sweet potato fries, burnt zucchini fries and over done buns on both burgers. They attempted to hide this with mountains of sauce-yuck. Only good thing was the music-NOT! Different music playing in the kitchen and seating area made it difficult to enjoy the atmosphere. Next time I will go the extra distance to Mount Lawley or Scarbs Grill'd.

Heard alot about this place. Amazing grilled burger. Had the bird n brie. Oml real good honest food

We had an issue with our delivery order where items were missing. The options available at the time of realising this were very limited and even disappointing.
However, the after service by Grill'd's Group Head Office I guess they are was excellent. They genuinely went over and above to rectify what went wrong. I went from really liking Grill'd before placing the order to being neither here nor there when the order wasn't right and then back to loving Grill'd more than before thanks to the customer service, all within such a short space of time! The food is great, it always has been but like always it's the service that counts the most.
This is a positive review for the ENTIRE Grill'd community, not just one store!

The sweet potato chip was almost as dark as my black dining mat.

Only reason for the extra star was the burger.

Very disappointed

Tried a burger with the "beyond meat" in it. Not sure what its supposed to taste like but I'm betting it's not cardboard. Also, how is it that these guys charge the most premium prices for the most average of food

Very friendly service. Food is always good. Coped well with a few large groups and didn't look like a lot of staff on to run food or clear tables but it was service with a smile all the way. Well done.

Pretty tasty. Good vegan options although lacking if you like it spicy. Price is starting to get towards the stupid range though.
Great service by the staff.

On Sat 19 Sept, we ordered two burgers and specifically requested no onion, however both burgers arrived with onion. At nearly $20 each this is not good enough. Guy came and asked "how's your meal" and we pointed out the onion now on the plate.boss fella came over and said "Yeah we stuffed up your order". Not happy and not ever going back to Grill'd Leederville.

Has been a long time since I had been to a Grill'd. The build a burger feature was new. Service was friendly and quick

The staff are really friendly. The service was great, we didn't have to wait long and the food was awesome.

The burgers were very messy to eat but still rather delicious, the patty lacked some life and flavour and the buns were not as nice as they could have been. The lettuce was somewhat hard and the whole burger was falling apart.
For $12 I sorta expect better but the vibe of the restaurant and workers was nice and refreshing.

We had a burger which was absolutely delicious. It literally melted in our mouth. Ot was like drinking a beautiful wine as it was long on taste. Well done Grill'd Leederville

Good service average burgers, nice atmosphere. Like many burger joints tho a tad $$$, remember folks they are simply a hamburger, i take my business to small operators nowadays

They simply make a better burger, better value, decent size patty and great specials

Just changed my 5-star to 4-star: the sweet potato chips are soggy: (the specialty here are burgers though (they are good).

The world forgot that a burger should be able to enter your mouth without having to compress the bread to a panini and have everything ooze out.
Chicken breast was dry and reheated/microwave and chewy.
Not a great experience to have to eat most of my burger with a knife and fork.
Would not come again.

Their chips are so good. The staff were super friendly and I love their Local Matters program. It's nice to k ow that you're helping the community with the meal you buy. Defs would go again!

We came and stayed for the location, the burgers were good, nothing incredible. But you can enjoy the main intersection of Leederville if you enjoy people watching.
