Grill'd Leederville

Burger came out nearly instantly. Fresh, tasty and left me feeling good as always. Ordered sweet potato chips along with it which took a very long time to arrive. Normally this would affect the review negatively but the staff were very apologetic and good about it, and gave vouchers as compensation.

I have been to the place three times.every time i go there they never seem to take my order in first place.i thought it was a coincidence first time but it has happened all three times.very rude i have to wait stand and wait see at them they will ignore me all the time

Meat was dry beyond comprehension and bread was tougher than Mike Tyson’s gluteus, only additives were a generous serving of tomato sauce and sad slice of cheese. I’ve seen more variety and moisture in the Sahara Desert. On top of that, the lettuce and mayo were missing, gone even. Hope to see these ingredients return to the burgers, won’t be eating at Grill’d anymore.

Waited 40 mins because they forgot our order. The place wasn’t even busy 25% full. No proper acknowledgement of fault or compensation.

Leederville grilld is my favourite but unfortunately the service today has changed that. I came in this afternoon and was greeted by a nice girl who took my order. There was one delivery driver in front of me and no one else in the shop.
I’m not sure if the kitchen staff forgot they were working or genuinely just enjoy being paid good money to do nothing. I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for 2 sliders and some chips. After asking if my order was ready the girl apologised for the wait which was nice.
I should have know to check the bag when I ordered the food but did not. Both the sauces I ordered were missing. My sliders came in some wrapping and no box, the sweet potato fries were close to black, the chicken slider had one tiny dried out/burnt piece of chicken inside, the vintage slider was missing the onion and the zucchini fried tasted like the ocean. If I dined in I would have sent it back but didn’t want to drive. This quality of food should NOT be leaving a kitchen.

Last time I was here, I was absolutely zooted! Workers didn't have a clue so i'd recommend it for the munchies. Chips have strange herbs on them, think it's basil or some other exotic drug.

Grilld leederville is the best. The staff are always so lovely and welcoming. Food is delicious too.

I'm not sure what it is with perth's grilled venues.if you want your order messed up somehow, they will. This time for me was the worst. My burger came out burned bun and dry patty. This was the sir truffle. My friend and I ate separately as they didn't bring the food out together and waited 10 mins just to bring a beer over because the guy on counter was too young to serve alcohol. All up I wanted to post 1 star but felt bad.

Great service. Tried the impossible cheeseburger which was indistinguishable from a normal cheeseburger. Would recommend getting normal cheese though instead of the vegan cheese.

This place was amazing! A wonderful selection of vegetarian burgers… our party of 3 vegetarians all had different burgers that suited our tastes. The service was really really excellent- the staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming, and even recommended a good place a few doors down to get take out coffees to drink with our meals, as they didn’t serve coffee in the restaurant. The atmosphere was relaxed and yet vibrant, the tables and seating were clean and inviting, the decor was trendy. The food was made super quickly. So tasty! Large portions. Freshly made, generous salad fillings. The best vegetarian burgers I’ve had for a long time! I highly recommend this place, there is something for everyone. I will definitely be revisiting when I’m next in the area.

After a botched attempt by DoorDash at delivering our food, the team at Grill'd Leederville went above and beyond to rectify the situation for us in quick time. Hats off to Manager Emily who's customer service skills were outstanding in this situation. In future I will definitely be ordering straight from Grill'd rather than going through a food delivering service that takes a 25-35% cut of the overall sale. Keep up the great service and tasty burgers team!

One of the better branches of Grill'd to dine in at with plenty of burger offerings including beef, fried chicken, and plant based options including Impossible burger and patties made with vegetables or mushrooms. There's also other customisable items like the type of bun and the menu generally has a lot of options.

The burgers are good but can seem a bit ordinary and over the years they don't stand out so much against the many burger venues popping up everywhere trying to make a name for themselves. However, they have been innovating with the latest change being to the fried chicken burger that's now cooked in evoo.

It's located in the middle of the Oxford Street cafe strip with a decent sized and hip venue that has ample indoor and outdoor seating. Service is friendly and efficient.

Probably the best burger I have ever had in my life, cheese always melts on the plate!

Terrible customer service, very ignorant staff, they don’t listen to you when you ask for anything and they are very unhelpful

Great location, good customer service, proactive, accomodating employees; but what is it going to be!? We’ve got music from in the kitchen competing with music in the eating area. Super annoying.
Management need to sort this pronto.

I just had a gluten free burger take away. And when I got home and had my first bite. The bread was frozen. Not cold. Frozen! It is Very disappointing.it was my second time trying this venue but the standards this time are not good enough.

My husband and I ordered Beyond Burgers (we are vegetarian), and we received a beef burger. We let 2 different employee know that we were given meat, and they both quickly told us it was a Beyond burger. We were sure it wasn’t a Beyond because we have them quite often both at home and at other Grill’d locations. So we ended up just eating chips for lunch. We will never go to Grill’d again, we are so disgusted.

Nice establishment, besides the toilet situation, however staff were brilliant and so was the quality of food
