The best vegan burgers in Perth. They introduced me to rebel burger patties. Great place to take the kids too with colouring in place mats and pencils. Great place to stop at on the way to timezone on a family Saturday night

Food is ok, but getting really tired of every franchise burger joint wanting you to join their "club" so they can add you to their mailing list

Had such lovely service from Emilia tonight, she seems to have such a good work ethic. Also love the vegan burgers, best ever

The food we receive is often quite satisfactory.when we actally get the food, which we never seem to get due to the restaurant cancelling our order. I understand they are a busy resturant but if they are unable to accept and fulfill the orders they should remove themselves off of uber eats, or have the store listed as closed. I am often left disappointed by them.

So often GF & DF food is substandard when eating out, but the Burger and new chicken bites at Grill’d were soooo good. Perfect service today at Joondalup, from being served at the till, food came out quick, waitress did a table check to ask if everything was okay and food was delicious. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you

Enjoyable family friendly restaurant. Burgers are tasty and good price. It is a great step up from fast food and left full at the end of eating. Enjoy that they support local community too with the bottle caps.

The food was great but the service was not to standard. When our orders were read out they read it out incorrectly and then one of the waitresses we had didn't seem very interested in giving good service and remedying THEIR mistake.

I love Grill'd burgers. They have such a big range and so many vegan options.

My go to burger is the "beyond garden goodness". Juicy faux meat patty, salad, avo, mayo, vegan cheese.

If you're more into veggies style burgers they have those options too.

Gluten free and low carb available too.

Friendly service and consistent quality.
Parking in the shopping centre carpark is probably your best bet.

Fast service, friendly staff and the food is always delicious. Only negative is the person on the fryer needs to pay more attention when a customer says "no salt on the zucchini chips and we're happy to wait longer to ensure they're drained really well" as twice now my partner has received the opposite.

Went into Grill'd with friends today. Wanted to order a chicken burger. They said there was no chicken so I had vege burger instead. I asked for gin and tonic they said there wasn't any in the cooler. I said that's alright I'll have ice in it. Was told that they don't have any ice. I said to the girl do you have anything. In the end I had to have vodka as I'm allergic to wine and beer. You will really have to get your act together as we nearly walked out.

Bought 4 burgers without full discount for front line workers, which as per their website is valid till 15 of June 2020. Other branch gave full 50% discount for entire bill!

I used to work here and honestly it's only gotten better since then - always go in for a cheeky feed and am always impressed with the high quality of service, Grill'd is unique and Joondalup does Grill'd so well!

Phone the joondalup restaurant after a deliveroo order offer of free delivery from 11am to 1pm.i had made alot of orders on deliveroo never had a problem before.the girl on the phone passed me to the manager who told me i have internet and i have no deliveroo orders today.i said i checked my online bank the money has already been taking out how do i get my money back he said call deliveroo its not his problem.called deliveroo 30 minutes after making the order then within 8 minutes on the phone with them they told me Grilled is preparing my order.

I told them i highly skilled Cisco CCIE network engineer working for 4th biggest mining company in the world.it should not take that long for information to travel between the two parties.

Our family says this is an great place with excellent non-meat options, they love it.good job guys

Ordered Grilled catering for a work meeting. The manager was so accommodating with dietary requirements. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding.

What made this visit was the female supervisor/ team leader. My father has cancer so has a very limited selection of food options and she went over and above to make sure he was catered for. And do you know what? They were out of a few things my wife wanted but it didn't matter because the service was amazing. I wish I knew her name but for anyone from Grill'd reading this, it was Tuesday evening on the 7th of May

Usually love Grill'd, however not a fan of my recent experience at the Joondalup restaurant. Tables and walls were dirty (this was previously mentioned by another reviewer also) and the avocado on the burger was rock hard and inedible, meaning I had to pull my burger apart and scrape it out. Pick up your standards Joondalup Grill'd.

I tried a Beyond Simply Grill'd Vegan Burger and it was truely amazing although a bit expensive at $16 when served with vegan cheese.

Chicken burger was pink, complained to the manager and was simply told to “stop whinging and eat it. ” Awful service, not impressed
