It was lovely they did a good job friendly staff clean cafe polilte staff l would come back again

Food is good at Grill’d (in general). Service was friendly but a couple of large groups came in and every order that came out for at least 45 minutes was only for the large groups. The kitchen was slow to catch up on all other orders and it ballooned the waiting time by that amount of time. Staff seemed stressed but you can tell they were doing their best with what appeared to be an understaffed floor and kitchen. Would I go back. Possibly, but would try many other places before going back there.

The Australian bbq burger I was made today was probably on the best burgers I have had in my life, I was actually shocked at how amazing it was.

I know some people dont like grilld too much but I am a grilld fiend and no matter which one I go to I am always satisfied with my burger. I usually change it up depending which one I go to and how I feel on the day but my usual favourites include the Sir Truffle, the Hot Bird and the Wild Wild West. Service is usually quite good. My member account remembers my purchases so changes aren't forgotten or wrong when ordering through the register. You can order through the table QR code but sometimes I find it clunky and it doesn't always want to work for me with my phone. I enjoy coming here individually or in a group. Seating is pretty comfortable if it's not to busy and you get a booth. Highly recommend.

Was treated horribly! Waiter with red hair had an extremely unnecessary attitude and made us feel unwelcome. Atmosphere was ok and the rest of the staff were lovely, but our dining was quickly made unpleasant.

Bang on location, checking convenience but have more room to improve in the Atmosphere area consistent service and friendlinessñ

We really like the veggie burgers in the place, on Tuesdays there are two for one and on Thursdays it's cheaper, a good place to find veggie burgers.

I will never come back here again. I came at 8: 20pm and told the guy in the counter if my order was ready. He said he will come for me. He never came and had to wait 40min when I checked back and realised that my order was already made and lying there cold. This is the second time it has happened and I will not land my foot in there again.

One star for customer service.
I barely leave negative reviews but my lunch was extremely disappointing.
Ordered chilli addict burger, it’s cold when I have it, the cheese is not even soft (I guess the patty wasn’t hot enough) way too much sauce and my burger was dripping and soggy. The experience is “disgusting”.
Zucchini chips are undercooked and greasy.
I’ve ordered the same items so many times at other stores, it shouldn’t taste like that.

The burgers are to die for. But be prepared for the waiting game. With the ingredients they cook up your orders can take time.

Like all Grill'd restaurants the burgers are great. The chips are good too, particularly the sweet potato & zucchini chips, though pretty expensive for the amount you get.
The location is pretty good though can be a little tucked away for some to find. It's right by an entrance to the shopping centre (food court) by the pub & cinema - closest parking would be the north-eastern-most shopping centre carpark by the cinema or there's access from Boas Ave/McLarty Ave above by a narrow staircase or elevator.

Tried the impossible burger and was pleasantly surprised as it tastes like meat friendly staff good service thanks

We complained about two different things and we didn't receive a simple response.

I paid $2 to add an extra item to my takeaway burger but when I went to eat it, the extra item had not been added. I submitted feedback via the Grill'd app and was responded to by the Joondalup store manager Christopher. He was such a pleasure to speak with. Very sincerely apologised for the error and made arrangements to rectify it. I had concerns that this error may have been due to a staff meme not reading the order correctly - something which makes a Celiac VERY nervous. But he explained how their ticket system works and that allergies are treated extremely careful and labelled very clearly. I have always had a great experience at Grill'd and never had an issue with cross-contamination, so it was a big relief to know I have nothing to worry about. Got a delivery order as a birthday treat. It came with next to no sauces (I’m talking like a teaspoon at most) and was filled with burnt.things. Maybe black burnt cheese? And when I tried to call they wouldn’t answer. Very disappointed.

Food is amazing and staff have excellentcustomerservice, shame their is no table ordering that would have made it a 5 star

Excellent in service and presentation of the tasty and healthy meals offered. We frequently go out of our way to eat. The power salad is my wife's second biggest passion after me.

My hubby and I absolutely love this Grill'd restaurant - we usually prefer to dine in and the service is always friendly and efficient and the food is always delicious and fresh. We have also ordered meals to be home delivered from this restaurant and after one less than ideal delivery situation that was out of the restaurant's control the leadership team including Amy L went out of their way to make amends. Keep up the great work and the delicious burgers! Sincerely, two very happy customers!

Hubby and I ordered 2 super power salads and a crispy bacon and cheeseburger for our daughter. Extremely disappointing!
Missing ingredients in the salads is bad enough but both salads and the burger were made with ingredients well past their use by date and the very bitter yellow heart of the lettuce.
As well Zucchini chips swimming in oil.
So sub standard grill'd.

Tonight we ordered a 'Simply Grilled Burger' and a 'Build your own Burger'. The lady taking our order asked me if I wanted cheese as it is an addition to the burger. I replied no thank you. The Build your own burger was chicken, bacon, cheese and egg. When they were bought to our table, my burger had cheese and the other had no egg. They did put an egg on the respective burger. When I said I didn't order cheese, they said that it was on the docket that I had. I informed them that the girl had actually asked me if I wanted cheese and I replied no. They offered to do me another burger which was great. After the other 3 people I was with finished their burgers and chips, I was still waiting - at least 25 mins. So I asked them 'how much longer my burger will be'. The manager said they'd forgot to cook it and I could wait a further 7 minutes for one or get a refund. I took the refund.
