I had the burger, drinks and chips, all top quality. The staff are professional, enthusiastic and welcoming. Very professional and a highly recommended place in Carousel.

Overly priced burger with no sides and was not big enough not going there anymore we did not get asked for chips or salad

Not big. I could of eaten two. The staff were attentive and extremely professional and made you feel welcomed.

Totally disappointed. A salad without dressing and and only a little bit tomato onion and carrot for $15. And for $25 a tiny burger with 7 pieces of potato chips. Kinda scam in my eyes.

The burgers are really great! Bit on the pricy side but definitely wouldn't mind for the amazing cause of donations. The only thing is, the cleanliness of the establishment was the only aspect that was lacking. Lots of crumbs/leftover remains of previous the meal on the table and the bench chairs. The utensils was not cleaned properly, but we didn't need it thankfully. But other than that, it was pretty amazing food!

The staff at Grill'd Carousel are friendly, lively and vibrant. There's plenty of seats and the tables are cleaned often and quickly. The burgers are well made and the quality of the ingredients are good too. They only have healthy bun options which don't taste the greatest but they have a very extensive list of burger options which include the fable burgers and impossible burgers (which you can get for $5 until the end of Nov 2021). You've got to love the $9 pints of Little Creatures Pale Ale.

Ok the burger was nice I had sweet Chili chicken an I had chips, all up we order the wild wild west burger Chili chicken burger 2 regular chips 1 water 1 peach tea oh an a sauce it cost us $50.40 I was extremely disappointed on the price of our meal.when I could of gotten more at Meet&Bun for half of the price. I won't be going back.disgustingat how much it cost.

Went in specifically for the $5 impossible burger deal, forgot to scan barcode. Went back a minute later to ask if we could use the code. Was told no the order had already been made which it obviously hadn't as we waited 10 minutes for it to arrive.

Would leave a 0 if I could. Ordered online through grilld, received someone else’s order from a completely different suburb. Driver insisted it was mine and wouldn’t take it back. I had to call grilld about 5 times cause no one answers the phone. When I was put through I was told that my order was sitting there but I needed to reorder through Uber eats? I definitely will not be reordering. I’d like my original order refunded.

Stopped in for lunch after shopping on a Sunday did not have to wait for a table or long to be served.upon trying to order food at the counter it was that loud in there from the music the lady taking my order could not hear me correctly and I had to ask her multiple times what did she say.our order came out incorrect and the food was cold meat vas very dry n had been thrown together.got the vibe it was being run like a fast chain burger joint with all the team members could of gone to hjs and had a similar burger for half the price.

Awesome experience, we really enjoyed the food. Low carb burger buns are delicious and service was fantastic

Good burgers and nice place to get a bite at Carousel shopping center. Friendly waiters and helpful too. Been there a few times and highly recommend it.

The food is good but the staff are constantly getting orders wrong. Eat in or take away. It boggles my mind to be honest.

We were able to book a reservation for 22 people an hr before we arrived. 14 adults and 6 kids. The food was This was our last family dinner before our daughter flew back to NZ

16/2/21 - - Having been to several Grilled Venues & being happy with the meal we went to Grilled Carousel & ordered Bacon Burger with Chips for self & wife. The chips were disgusting - they were limp -and not hot or crispy. I spoke with the Manager & showed him the chips which were a disgrace.

He agreed & I asked him to replace with Sweet Potato Chips. I couldn't believe it but they ALSO were limp & bendable in a circle! -Also oily -probably cause they weren't cooked long enough.

The meat in the Burger didn't taste good & the Bacon was like the chips - soggy & not crisp as advertised. We will not be back to this Franchise.

My family enjoyed the food, the only thing was the Mushroom burger was a little to salty, the service very helpful and courtist.

Do not order from their online website, unless you want to experience the joy of not having your food delivered and arguing with Doordash for your money back.

The same as any other Grill'd - not bad at all, they make good burgers though a little on the pricey side

I orederd nurioush & flourish burger as usual, but it was awful. Patty smell was like frozen patty from shops and my burger was too saucy.

If they are not able to service properly during this difficult time (COVID 19), why they are still open?

I think grill'd needs to get back to basics rather than having so many options. Their standard burgers were always the best, especially with the fantastic chips. Service at Carousel is good though. Friendly wait staff though, doing a great job.
