Grill'd Carousel

Terrible service. Had to take my burger back TWICE because it was incorrect. By the time I got the correct burger the rest of my table had finished eating. Not even an apology or offer to compensate. Definitely won’t be returning

Had the beef bacon and cheese burger. Some fries and chicken fingers. Nothing to shout about. Fries were too salty. Best seats are outside the restaurant in the mall. It’s an open kitchen in the restaurant and you may smell a little after dining in.

Extremely rude manager, abusive,
bully, no customer service skills, unprofessional and the staff were scared of him.
Waited for more than an hour, but still got the wrong order.
This is the worst Grill’d in the whole of Australia.

Grill'd is fabulous on Mondays for vegetarians as they have an ongoing special of buy one get one free.

Their vegetarian burgers with choice of three different breads are just delicious.

I tried the Mexican on the regular bun with zucchini fries (they are too good!).
A satisfying meal which is yummy and healthy.

Location: very centrally located in South Perth, Carousel shopping centre, near the Hoyts.

Decor: open layout with spaced out seating.

Food: fresh and delicious and well priced too.

Service: friendly and super quick

Overall: must try!

Great place to meet and eat. Burgers, great onion rings are awesome. Kids' meal was great for our young grandson.
Staff were very friendly and informative as we hadn't been before.
Will be back.

Good service. Although not all tables had been wiped down. Our burgers were luke warm. Would have been tasty if they were hotter.
Unfortunately both meals came served on plates with big chips missing out of them.
Disappointing.

Nice spot good food after watching a movie.
The Online menu and ordering system could be improved when trying to customise an order in the end it was easier to walk up to the counter to order the staff were awesome

Can't go wrong with grilled. Best burgers ever. Staff on tonight were exceptionally attentive and engaging.

The staff here are super friendly, super welcoming and very efficient… almost unheard of for a fast food restaurant! Burgers are consistently good and the place is clean. Fast service. Can’t complain.

What beautiful people. Just a delight to have my last meal there before departing for Sydney. Everyone said goodbye, everyone including the chefs.
Food and presentation is superb.

Food was great but service could have been much better. There was a miscommunication with our order as my meal was brought out on another person (in our group's) plate but this was not announced. Then when given an apology it was made as if it was our fault. Perhaps if we were not being interrupted constantly by having our order repeated to us in the midst of ordering, then the miscommunication would not have occurred.

Hopefully, I will give a better review if we go back again.

I got the gamechanger with crispy bacon and cheese, and let me tell you THAT was a good burg! The sweet potato chips are definitely worth a try too! Staff were very polite and food was quick to be served. Looking forward to going again =)

I’ve never been to a grill’d that has so service. Staff were all quick and attentive. Food was good and fast to arrive too.

Food not to bad tasting though for price against quality not sure I would come again just because it peal time on a Thursday should not make any difference.

Waited 45 mts for an order taken over the phone. Disappointment is an understatement. Chips soggy and lettuce was old. The herbed mayo did not even look like mayo (was curdled). Staff was rude and unhelpful. Never coming back

Great Impossible burger and gluten free bun. Had no reactions at all so happy that is seems to be coeliac safe. Great size portions

Come In at at 330pm still waiting for meals looking around rubbish on floors tables all have dirt on them one coverd in water too staff don't seem to care only orderd a salad too where's my food.
