Greenhills Inn reviews
58Lovely old pub with period decor and lovely people, good service, great roast dinner and desserts to our group from Mandurah Seniors.
Location was nice and a good distance for a sunday run from perth.we'd been camping nearby. Food was middle of the road.
Been here many times, always a friendly welcome, good menu selection, great food and fast efficient service. This is the classic Australian country Inn in a perfect setting without having it being turned into a “theme” pub. Built in the last century, this place has been made to fit in perfectly into the 21st century without losing any of its old charm.
A country Inn it stands alone nothing else has been left standing in Green Hills. We went out to check it out to see if it would be a nice week ender for us both but decided it was just a noisey pub no real coffee but good if you like sitting at the bar drinking beer.
Great spot.
Great food.
Great hospitality.
We camped there (second time) on our way back to the city after several days camping around the wheatbelt. Got to love the $5 showers hot and great pressure.
Thanks to Apryl and Rodney and staff for a great night the food, accommodation and venue was ideal for our AGM and would recommend it to any other clubs out there Regards Ian Peel 4x4 Club
Great old historical pub with great outdoor seating and beer garden. Very small township - only 8 people! Pub is supported by the local farming community and the various construction crews in the area.
Professionally run with a great chef.
Worth a visit.
Love this place! To my thinking it's the heart country pub in WA. Rodney and Apryl the publican who deliver the dream of a great country pub. The rooms are comfortable. Do your liver a favour and visit this fabulous establishment.
The best old country pub I know. It has excellent food, atmosphere and accomodation. I'd go back anytime!
An exceptionally peaceful place. Great ambience good food and good fellowship. We loved the decor- the room was just gorgeous with 19th century furniture etc. Even the bed was comfortable
Would recommend Greenhills to all who want a break away from the norm and wjo want a delicious meal. Will be back.
Absolutely wonderful. We all were treated so lovely. Nothing was to much trouble. And us Women received a Rose each. And to be aloud to wonder through upstairs to see what the rooms are like. Would recommend it to any caravan club to visit there.
It's the stories.like how the dining room got its name.and why people throw their money at the bar ceiling.that top-off this fully great country Inn.then there is the good food and gorgeous accommodation.
No wonder it's a fave and recommended place!
Great old country pub tucked away off the main road. Great space for the kids to place and fantastic lunches and high tea in the afternoons.
Older hotel in the countryside offers Christmas-in-July destination, cold beer, limited wine selection but friendly service
Amazing place with so much character and brilliant food and lovely staff. Ample room to set up camp for free
Amazing place, out on a quiet stretch of road. Nice meals, reasonable bar prices. There was even a jumpy castle for the kids. Inside pub is amazing vintage and antique things to look at
Don't order the fillet stake sour doe sandwich it's a bloody rip off, the meat, s so thin, and at $18 you only get stung once, very disappointed 2/10 the fish and chips with salad was fair 6/10 $16 be warned
I understand when an owner has given up on a place. We hoped to have a meal and drinks here but stopped outside for a chat with some other travellers. The male owner was a miserable bugger, stating he was selling the place and sick of running it. I can fully empathize with him but why be such a miserable rude dick. He was rude to us and then rude to the others that were there also?
Even one of the locals rocked up and left because the place wasn't open when it said it was, he indicated he had had enough of the place too. Buddy if you're that disgruntled maybe at least respect the others around you that are trying to give it a go. We took our good money elsewhere. I suggest you do too.
