Greencross Vets Subiaco

Everyone at Subiaco Greencross is so lovely I'm really glad the same team as Bedford work there too as they will always fit me in at short notice. Such a big and beautiful clinic.

Our pooch, Mickey, has for the past 4.5 yrs.been a patient at Subiaco, nothing has ever been too much trouble for any of the staff.

Today, we had to say goodbye to Mickey, he was extremely unwell, nothing but professionalism, kindness, thoughtfulness was shown to us as a family and to Mickey in his time of need.

We can not thank Dr. Kin, her colleagues, Senior Vet Nurse Bronwyn and her team for their dedication to their profession, for the quality of care and compassion for each and every patient they care for.

I would not hesitate to recommend Greencross Vets Subiaco to anyone.

Excellent Vet, very caring and professional. After the consultation they followed up with a text message inquiring about the “patient”, which was an extra touch I have not seen at other places.

This vet clinic is fantastic. I went there a couple of times for my kitten vaccinations.

The clinic is clean.
Staff are super friendly with their smile and patient.
On time appointment no need to wait if you turn up in time.
Reasonable fees, cheaper than other vets.
They do follow up SMS to ensure my kitten is fine after the vaccination.

I will go back with my other cat’s annual vaccination.

I would give this place 50 stars if I could. They always look after my dog with so much genuine care, love and professionalism.
Lisa is incredible, the service and support she gave me and my puppy today was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for more. Lisa blew me away with the lengths she went to, to make sure my dog was ok.
Highly recommend this vet and also their Healthy Pets Program as well.

Recently attended puppy school. Megan and Lisa conducted a brilliant program. Learning new information about puppy hood, even though I have previously had the puppy experience, the classes gave me new insights.

Megan brought an amazing amount of energy and entertainment to the whole experience.

After a horrible last experience getting my cats teeth cleaned, I ensured to do my research before ever taking her anywhere again. I am so happy that I found Greencross Subi! Such amazing warm and friendly staff, made not only me but also my anxious cat feel at ease. I couldnt recommend this place enough, especially if you've negative experiences in the past with vets or if you expect only the highest level of care and expertise for your fur baby.

Rather disappointed - took my Newfoundland dog in for her annual health check and the only items checked were her teeth and he then listened to heart beat. I said what about temperature up back passage, was advised no that’s OK. Mmmm not impressed at all. Unfortunately did not have Dr Kin check my pooch out this time. Then charged $70+!

I highly recommend Greencross Vets Subiaco. 2nd visit there and the vet had my rescue dog, with behavioural issues, literally eating out of the palm of his hand. Gorgeous staff who go out of their way, not only for your pet but for you too.

Really lovely vet, I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment and the staff are so lovely, can't recommend highly enough.

I brought an injured pigeon that had been struck by a car in to Greencross vet as per the advice of the Wildcare Helpline. The woman at reception got me to put the pigeon in a cat carrier, shook it around a bit and told me they would put it down as they’re declared pests and no wildlife carer would rehabilitate it. I asked if the vet could have a quick look at it to see if it had internal injuries or if it had a chance and you could almost see the dollar signs in her eyes as she told me that that would be a $70 consultation.

I have since spoken to two wildlife rehabilitators who said they would have taken the pigeon, even if it could not be released. Unlike these gold-digging opportunists, they seemed to actually care about animals.

All vets have a duty to care for injured wildlife free of charge - it seems at Greencross all that matters is whether or not you pay. They clearly do not care about animals and after this experience I would NEVER bring my pets here.

There are plenty of vets in Perth where the staff actually like animals - my recommendation is to go anywhere else.

Super bubbly and professional vets! You can tell they really love what they do. They always check our dog thoroughly no matter what reason we bring him in for. Very happy with their service, plus on their annual plan, all visits are at no extra cost!

I highly recommend Dr Kin and her team to all animal lovers. For our first visit she really took time to throughly check and advise on health and care needs for Sadie, our cheeky cat adopted from the cat haven. I have vets closer to my home but will choose to continue going there. Thank you!

I have an old dog who is really well treated for chronic issues for which I had previously been told there was no safe management. Despite her years, my old mate is now a happy girl. Fantastic service - this vet is ectremely good and and keeps herself updated on the latest treatments and findings.

This is the vet I recommend to everyone! The vets are great and efficient. They care about the animals they are treating and they know what they are doing:)

Amazing Vet! Recommend highly! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Dr. Kin is so caring & kind, very thorough, very knowledgeable, and experienced. My mum's dog R had to have fairly extensive surgery for mast cell tumours. R recovered very well and the care she received was excellent and professional. R also had hypothyroidism and under Dr Kin's care, R's skin, weight and demeanour is so much improved! We couldn't be more thankful! Dr. Kin is also so helpful whenever we have queries and she takes the time to get back to us promptly, making us feel valued. We never feel rushed and the information given to us is always clear, concise and helpful for providing optimal follow-up care. I would recommend Dr. Kin and her team without hesitation!

Really disappointed with the level of service and experience. Subiaco vet on railway road is a much better option for the area.

I went to Hanly Vet for my pups 2nd Vac and check up on his ears as he's been constantly scratching it and they gave me dermotic to rub onto the ear. Went to Greencross Vets in Subi, turns out it was an ear infection so the dermotic is meant to go inside the ear. The vet also did a thorough check to ensure he was healthy everywhere else and I'm confident to say I believe my pup will get better and healthier because of Dr Kin Yi Yip. Very unhappy with Hanly vet as there wasn't even clear instructions on the prescription. Had I taken off the prescription sticker, I would have seen instructions to place it into the ears to clear infection.
Anyways, excellent Vet to go to for a thorough check-up on any problems and she'll go through any issues and instructions for you to understand what needs to be done at home.

Dr Kin and her team have been fabulous in taking care of our Mini Schnauzer. Very professional, attentive, takes good care of your needs.
Couple of surgery and our black flurry is out the door a much happier dog.
Definitely the 1st-stop for vet needs! Highly recommended.
