Greencross Vets Subiaco reviews
43Great service. I was able to get cost estimate prior to vaccination appt. They were very gentle and thorough checking my cat's health.
Staff are great and very friendly, my boy mustang never has an issue when going to the vet.
Seen quickly and with great care and patience by Dr Yip. Will be coming back for my cats’ vet needs.
Greencross are a complete rip off. They have significantly inflated prices compared to other similar vets. Their healthy pets plus product is a scam. Locks you into 12 months on the promise of discounts, but they inflate their invoices, load services and the so called discounted prices are way in excess or what you would pay at any other Vet at full price. We left after 3 months of being ripped off. They are chasing us with debt collectors to get us to pay the rest of the 12 monthly membership payments (which 23 aren’t using) Avoid Greencross Vets at all cost!
Great for caring for fur children. Pet Barn right next door for supplies to reward Kitty and Pooch after their treatment. Get those while you wait.
I went here as another dog owner highly recommended them. The first visit for an ear infection was excellent and the vet was lovely. A few months later, my 10 month old dog became very sick one evening: gurgling tummy, frequent runny stools, not eating or drinking. The next morning he threw up what looked like old rusty blood. This was about 9.30am. I rang and described his symptoms. They calmly told me the next available appointment was at 4.30pm. He was clearly very unwell and it had the hallmarks of a blockage which are emergencies, but they didn’t see it as an emergency. When I queried the wait time given his symptoms, they suggested I could take him to another Greencross clinic. I contacted another nearby clinic who had a completely different attitude to my dog’s symptoms and did see it as an emergency. I felt really letdown by Greencross vets and it seems profit and an organised appointment schedule comes before the welfare of the animal. My dog was in a lot of pain and needed a shot to stop him vomiting old blood nonstop. I can’t imagine him doing that for the 7 hours they thought was okay for him to wait. The upside is I found a caring and highly knowledgeable vet to take my dog to from now on.
It was my puppy’s first vet visit and I was very happy with how it went.
She was thoroughly examined and given cream cheese to lick to distract her while she received her vaccination.
A very good first experience.
Terrible customer service and all the staff are very rude. Will not be bringing my pets here ever again. The staff were very lovely the first time I bought my pet in and then after that they were extremely rude. I regret going there.
Dr Rena I can't thank you enough!
Your help with Phil (Frilled Neck Lizard) has been beyond amazing and not only were you caring towards him, you and other staff were extremely welcoming from the moment we walked in the door.
There was no interest in how much money could be made from our visit only a genuine concern towards getting him back to his usual lively self and with the advice given we have already made a breakthrough with him eating again
This is the best Vet Clinic I have ever been to, the staff are super friendly and showed the utmost care towards my pets. The exotic’s Vets were very informative and helpful with my bird and I always left feeling reassured that she was reviving the best care.
Can't even make an appointment as I receive "this number has been blocked from felix mobile services" I've never rang you in my entire life so why have you blocked my number? Also you don't have the prices for puppy vaccines on your website, I dunno why all you vet clinics do this. You know how much time you could spend OFF the phone if you'd just list this crucial information on your website. Some of us people aren't made of money so price is an issue.
Dr Vicky + Vet Nurse Kate took amazing care of our sick rabbit.we've swapped to these guys being our regular vet, based on the thorough knowledge and care we + our rabbit received.cant recommend highly enough. Fantastic rabbit vet.
Worst service ever! All they care is about money in this clinic! Never about your pet They have always tried to overcharge me for services provided … and when I complain with them they go and simply modify and create new invoices to justify themselves but with them numbers have never added up because they always tried to put extra costs and charge whatever they want from you. Be very careful with this clinic! Always check your invoices and the items and amounts listed!
The staff is very courteous and professional. It is a very calm environment and this help my dog to calm down although it doesn't like to go to the vet in general. I like the plan that help you spare quite a bit of money for any extras.
Friendly neighborhood Veterinarian owned by TPG Inc, an American investment company focused on leveraged buyouts and growth capital.
I have been with Greencross vets since they started up in Subiaco and couldn’t fault them. I have seen many changes over the years but the one that comes to mind is how they have lost the compassion and now it’s all about how much money they can get for the business. Please do your research as you will find more passionate and cheaper vets in the area.
Lovely helpful team. Excellent quality Royal Canin Oral Care dry food for small dogs available there. My Cavoodle Poppy loves it and helps minimise plaque.
Great Vet and the staff are so lovely I recently got a kitten and they followed up after her final vacation to see if she as travelling okay. I have reccomended this vet to other family members as well.
I saw an ad for a free health check and booked my dog in. I then received a confirmation for today. When I arrived the receptionist said I needed to have a voucher number. I went direct from the ad to book a time. There was no mention of needing a voucher. Her response was rude, aggressive and totally lacking in politeness or empathy. The problem was of my own making as I apparently didn’t read the small print.
So, either the receptionist was ignorant or the “free consult” was a scam.
I left and went to the nearby dog park and told the dog walkers of my terrible negative experience with green cross vet clinic. I would suggest you either train your staff better or use a different ad company.
Very friendly and helpful vets. My dog absolutely loved them, my cat.not so much but that's normal.
Pretty affordable as well.
