Dr Hannah is a wonderful Vet & cares for the health of your animal like its her own. I would have no hesitation in recommending this vet clinic to any of my friends or family. Thank you for all that you have done for me and my little Mort. We are beyond grateful.

I think they may love my dog more than me! Amazing vets and staff who genuinely care about pets and work with you to provide the best care.

Friendly staff however my dog had a procedure that, after discussions with other Vets, I don’t think was required at all. Also I was told it would be cheaper if I paid cash.dodgy?

Try to sell you products and services that you do not want went in for a puppy vaccination, they tried to sell me ear cleaner, worming chews, pet insurance and puppy play school, very expensive, be careful bringing your pet here it will cost you a fortune, was quoted $750-$950 for an X-ray of my dogs paw. Did my research and got a second opinion and found this was way over what it should have been. Was a lot cheaper elsewhere. Would not use again.

Had a rescue dog. Went there on a week day. Not much waiting time. Dog had an ailment and was diagnosed quickly. The girls were friendly. Whilst i cant make comparison of any prices i give 4 stars bc of the staff the service and bc they assist with rescue animals.

Only gives 3month prescriptions as others give six months. Finding vets charge for consultation but dont even touch the dog I just needed steroids for my 16year old dog. The all charge way too much for this.

Greencross Vets Puppy Preschool program is fantastic. Megan was very knowledgable and kind, answered all our questions and always made the classes fun. Poor Snowy misses all his puppy friends already! Definitely recommend.

Great staff on the desk and especially the vets themselves. Options for treatment given without pressuring the most expensive. My Little man is never stressed out knowing he's headed there.

Extremely disappointed. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars and not 1 is because of the friendliness of the staff towards the animals. But don't let that fool you. These people will rip you off and try to cross-sell you, upsell, and generally try to trick you into paying more at every given opportunity, all with a sweet smile. If you are new to this place, be cautious. Having a sick pet makes you vulnerable to fear tactics and unnecessary expenses. If you are a new dog owner, please for the love of god, DO YOUR RESEARCH and make sure you get all the details of hidden expenses and "optional" expenses. Otherwise, you WILL be bled dry. I even checked these reviews before going to this place but didn't take them seriously. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Read the negative reviews here and please seriously reconsider taking your pet here. I consider myself a reasonable person, but I just can't ignore how much of a rip off this place is. I can't imagine how many poor people have been taken advantage of by "Greencross/Bayswater Vets. " I attended puppy class, but will never be coming back here again.

This is exactly what happens when a vet is run just as a business, it is over priced, they try to up sell and cross sell you on everything even if you don't need it and they are extremely unprofessional and slow when responding to emails and queries, will not be going back.

I just completed Puppy School with Forest and I've got to say that I think it was totally worth it. Megan was a friendly and knowledgeable teacher who incorporated a lot of insight, training AND play into the classes, which I loved. Forest benefitted a lot from playing with the other puppies and these classes have made him much more confident and relaxed around other dogs. Highly recommended!

Wonderful and friendly vet! Dr. Peter is always professional and kind, and did an outstanding job fixing up our poor cat who got a very nasty broken leg. They always go the extra mile, and even do call-outs.
