All the staff are happy to give advice, are prompt with emailing information to me regarding a query.

The interior of the practice is clean and spacious.
I highly recommend them.

Once again, do not bring your pet here. Especially if it is a life or death situation. My cat needed EMERGENCY surgery and they refused to act for THREE DAYS because they were simply only concerned about the money. They way they spoke to us made it clear they did not care at all about my cat, just their payday.

Their idea of 'helping' is keeping your pet warm while it dies. Greencross, your are EXTREMELY lucky that my cat didnt die because of you. If he had, you would be getting alot worse than a bad review. I think its time you all chose a profession that caters to your greed.

Could not speak highly enough of everyone who helped my partner and I with our chicken tonight. There was a mishap with our appointment, but the ladies still found time to fit us in. Dr Rena was absolutely wonderful, so compassionate and kind. She made me fully aware of all the options we had and made me comfortable in feeling I had made the right decision. I recently visited this clinic for my pet's mites infection and was very impressed with the service provided. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door, which immediately put me at ease.

The vet, Dr Vicky who attended to my pet was knowledgeable and attentive, answering all of my questions and providing helpful advice. They took the time to make sure that my pet was comfortable throughout the entire consultation, which was greatly appreciated.

I was also pleased with the reasonable prices of the services offered. The clinic's pricing structure was transparent and fair, which made me feel confident that I was getting good value for my money.

After the consultation, the doctor even followed up with me to check on my pet's progress, which was a nice touch. It demonstrated a genuine concern for my pet's wellbeing and was very much appreciated.

Overall, I would highly recommend this vet clinic to anyone in need of professional and compassionate pet care. The staff are friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the follow-up care is exceptional.

Too many poor experiences. Push hard for more money, ordered the wrong flavoured medication. Very much seem to be in it to make money. Changing vets.

I have been coming to this vet for nearly 19 years with 2 dogs. I was 20 mins late for an appointment today. There were roadworks and I rushed to be greeted with Do you know you are 20 mins late? ". Not a good start. Not friendly or empathetic. Vet refused to see my dog, telling me to rebook for another time.
I said I was going away and had to wait 4 days to see the vet anyway. They refused and even told me that I should have rung but since when can you use the phone in your car. The women were rude, did not care at all so consequently I left arguing with them. This vet used to be good that's why I have gone all these years but there is no service for loyalty to a business or even thinking what could be done. They could have rung to see if I was on my way or saw me between patients. My dog would take 10 mins to exami e for an ear infection. Never going there again and if you are reading this review, go elsewhere

Send our kitten in for a desex surgery. The whole process was smooth and easy. Kitten came back to us in a few hours and within hours back home, he was his usual self running amok! Thank you!

Lovely, caring vets. They always do what is best for your pet and you by giving you the best options for both. Our boy is a bit of a sensitive soul (a sook) but they are so understanding and gentle with him, never giving him any reason to be scared. Megan is super lovely as well, very friendly and welcoming, and was so patient when I called asking some questions about our puppy, and understood that it had been a few years since we had one! They are always so busy in that clinic but never too busy to provide a top quality service. Keep up the good work!:)

The team at Greencross Bedford are just wonderful. Our vet was so thorough and gentle with my fur-friend, and so quick to send through a comprehensive estimate. The nurse on reception was super friendly and knowledgeable. The Healthy Pets Plus program is a game-changer and I'm so happy that this clinic is my new local clinic:)

Would highly recommend the humans (vets and vet nurses alike) at Greencross Bedford! They have always been sure to give us all options, explain them thoroughly and answer all questions so that we can make an informed decision about what is best for us and our pet. I would happily leave any one my pets in their hands without worry - they are so caring, attentive and knowledgeable! They have always made sure to be up front with costs and procedures, and fit us in when we had some unexpected complications with our cat, which was amazing. Their pricing is very reasonable and the healthy pets plus membership is well, well worth it, especially compared to many other pet insurances and vet care plans.
