We dropped our drink, we dropped our popcorn and i sat on chocolate and it looks like i poo pood myself

I don't like to leave negative reviews, but I would really love if you listen to them and improve.
Cinemas are in need of a good renovation and a really good clean. It smells of something stale and not pleasant at all.
You really need to look at your competitor (Hoyts at Carousel, for example). Better prices and all cinemas have leather recliner seats, such a shame it's so far from us now: (

The theatres are in urgent need of renovation or deep cleaning. Going to need a shower after sitting in the seat. With the stale smell of sweaty socks and food it reminds me of times at the old Balcatta rollerdrome when I was younger. Please clean or update and refresh your theatres Grand Joondalup. Grand Currambine is much cleaner and more enjoyable.

Great experience. Very friendly staff who were very helpful. My friends and I had a wonderful time! Would definitely visit again!

Staff were quite rude and searched our bags and took everything including some stuff we bought other than that it was good

Can't beat cheap Tuesday tickets. The cinemas were clean and comfy, and the staff were friendly and happy to help.

Grand Cinema Currambine is our favourite and with reason. Close by, clean, great service and big theaters. Staff are always helpful and freindly and we always have a positive experience.

Had to wait in a huge line on a hot day and no aircon going while waiting I felt terrible by the time I reached the counters. Monday 28th midday

Joondalup one is appalling, unclean cinemas, popcorn all over floor, seemed like no cleaner's, crammed seating, place was almost dead now i know why, place need an urgent upgrade, feels like I'm bad in the 80s with old technology. Currumbine I've got nothing but great reviews, one thing i did like at Joondalup was the selling of basic food in the standard cinemas, something Currumbine could learn from.

Was an awesome experience. Went out with three of my mates and saw glass. Popcorn was good, staff were friendly and then movie experience was great.

Love going there as the location is suitable and can vizit my favorite shops before going to see movie. That time saw Glass. Heavy and scary but my type.

My family and I are regular movie goers at Grand Cinemas in Joondalup. In my personal experience, I've always had friendly and great service starting at the ticket booth and at the Candy Bar. The cinemas are small but clean and comfortable. It pays to purchase a Grand Cinemas Card so you get the best value possible for your movie tickets. I am recommending this Cinema Complex for a great selection of movies, special events, mother's and babies club and a clean and friendly environment.

Always enjoy Grand Cinemas and as a member.awesome value. We live in Whitfords.but still travel to Currambine or Joondalup.

I like Grand Cinemas, close to the Timezone. However, thin walls meant Lady Gaga's crescendos tended to interrupt the quieter portions of my movie.

Ushers need to come in more and kick out the constant talkers and for crying out loud guys, turn off your phones!
