Grab A Yabby

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the seafood experience at Grabs. We had high expectations going in but the seafood broil and the King Crab was overpriced, over cooked and lacked flavour. Not to mention the seafood was cold within 10 minutes of our meal. It was extremely expensive for what we received. The servers were very nice on the night though which was the only redeeming factor. Would not recommend sadly.

Had the seafood broil with Alaskan crab legs, it cost $175 for 1lbs of crab, 2 slices of garlic bread and half a piece of corn and potato. I don’t know if that is standard but to me that is extremely over priced

I have to say bad news first. I'm so disappointed with the size of Yabbies. I got a Yabbie Dish $55 for tiny Yabbies. I won't be ordering Yabbies again. Soft shell crab was exceptional very nice. I'll come again to give another chance, but I'll try the Seafood platter & then I'll be back here to review it again. So until then Grabs.

Uber delivered wrong meal then took ages delivering the right one by which time it was rained on and had gone cold. Drivers fault that food only got 1 star I'm sure.

The food was tasty but the service was disappointing. Our drinks didn't arrive until we were getting up to leave. I'm not sure if only one of the servers was allowed to get drinks? Food arrived quick and seafood was fresh. Pricing is mostly priced on the menu as market value which is confusing. They do have a platter for two for $150 which looked good! We might come back to try it on a quiet night. Has potential but unfortunately missed the mark for us tonight.

Waited almost and hour to be served, when we went up to ask for a waitress they said “Won’t be too long” but ended up waiting another 15 minutes. Not impressed.

Food is always amazing every time I come to this place and so is the chinese tea. Managed to take a few pictures of some of the dishes but forgot to take pictures of others. Always end up getting the soft shell crab as an entree as the flavours are amazing with the watermelon also added in there. The prawn and pork goi salad is a must too with papaya, pickled carrots and other vegetables added in too. The lobster pasta is one of the best pastas I have had. Our five year old even loved it! On another occasion we had the whole mud crab with the tangy red hot sauce. Must try if you are craving the Singapore chilli Crabs. So much meat in the Crabs and the flavours are really good! Highly recommend this place! We have not been disappointed with any of our meals every time.

First of all, how did I not know this place exists!?

I had the Cajun 1.3lbs lobster and it was absolutely delicious! It was soo big but I managed.

I gave it a 4 since I've only been once. Definitely be back again.

Amazing everytime! Great service and good portion sizes definitely recommend the set meal! More than enough food!

Really recommend to book a table before going here. First time we went, we didn't have a table booking, but the staff are nice enough to put a table outside even though it rained afterwards. They were kind enough to let us in and assigned us to table of a no show. Seafood is very tasty and the meat was soft, but just make sure you have the right budget as it can be very pricey. Would come back here again to try their other food and sauces.

Didn't l just rated this place, my daughter and l loved it so much l am taking her back there for her 21st birthday lunch celerbration. Can't wait!

Sauces were good and the sweet potato fries were yummy. Food wise however there was too much artificial flavors in there (MSG on fries).

This place is also severely understaffed - we could not put our order in until 45 minutes after we got here.

Right outside the car parking. This place a relaxing spot to chow down some delicious sea food the services was good and the drinks were flowing there were some drinks I've never heard of but I tired it any ways and it was good. Big portions of food and absolutely juicy. For the deserts there are only three options I suggest trying the fried ice-cream for this place it gets a cool 4 stars

If you want to try mudcrab then grab a yabby is the place to go, one of "if" not the best seafood restaurant I've been to so far.

Was looking forward to the new experience but was let down by the lack of ventilation n the place. Got smokey in the restaurant so much so my eyes were stinging from the smokey air created from the kitchen. Service was a little slow but that maybe due to 1 work serving everyone. Husband had to go and grab his drink from the bar as it was taking to long to come out. Food was ok. Been to better places for less money. Overall id give it a 4 out of 10

I booked a table for my parents to celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary. I don’t know if it recently changed owners as this place was recommended by a friend about 18 months ago. After arriving they had to ask twice for a drink. Then when they went to order, the menu was very unclear and when they asked questions staff weren’t very helpful. Once ordering the meals took more than 40 minutes to be served and although it was ok, definitely nothing to rave about. They don’t mind paying the money of the food is worth it but it was pretty average. Very disappointed.

The food was well overpriced and not amazing. The staff had a hard time explaining exactly what things were on the menu.

Pretty unique in that not a lot of places have crab legs in Perth. Definite must try for seafood lovers.

Yabby with Singaporean sauce was great! Service was great. The Spicy chicken wings are actually not kidding, suggest take that off the menu. Overall, great experience
