Customer service was absolutely useless.i was in the store walking around for 10mins and none of the free sales staff came and asked me if i needed help.i wanted to purchase a bag, but i just walked coz obviously they didn’t want the sale.i will just buy the bag online from overseas

Best place to be if you want to be fitted up with a golf club set. They use a tracman system to help in choosing the right clubs for your capability to enjoy the game of golf.

Bought a pair of golf shoes for my wife online from GolfBox at about lunchtime. They were very competitively priced, about 40% off, and delivery was free. The shoes were packed and posted in the evening and at 7.22pm were at Perth Airport according to AusPost. The following morning I received an email saying they were on the van for delivery that day. They arrived at my door about 4pm in immaculate condition. I live in Sydney, how the hell did they get here so fast? Anyway, a big pat on the back for Aus Post. My wife loves them and they fit perfectly. Thanks GolfBox.

Cannot speak highly enough of the levels of customer service at GolfBox. Have been a regular customer for 7 or 8 years. Their range of clubs, clothing & accessories is second to none in WA (if not Australia), competitively priced and if they don't have what you are looking for they'll do what they can to get it. I always enjoy visiting the store!

Usually good service but purchased a GPS that did not have my course on it and asked for a refund but directed to the Importer, who was more useless.

Great store with an awesome range of products. The staff always try their best to accomodate my golfing needs and go above and beyond competitors service.

Can't fault this shop.have bought everything over the years from new clubs, buggies and accessories to clothing and shoes. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable by golf standards. Junior clothing department could be bigger but that's becoming less of an issue as my junior grows. Buying online opens up a whole new range of stock and returning for a refund in-store is easy peasy. Highly recommend.

Just bought a new 3 wood from Golfbox. I am absolutely delighted with the purchase for a number of reasons.
