Great service at GolfBox Booragoon. I had a club fitting with Matt Leckenby in August 2023, my handicap has dropped by 10.1and I couldn't be happier.
There was no up-selling, no trying to add more clubs than I needed and the after sales service is outstanding.

Lovely looking store, very premium feeling. Wasn't approached by anyone after a few minutes, so went up to one of the staff members who was very helpful, recommended me some options based off my swing. Would definitely recommend

Amazing staff, so many great things and can’t believe that the staff are kind enough to help me with my technique and my swinging! If you are looking at reviews to come, I would suggest this place anytime. The staff will always suggest the best equipment for me and for cheap prices. Probably the best golf store in WA. In addition, they get limited edition clubs, and the best equipment ever!

Had a fitting with Jake, absolute legend! Lots of experience with fitting clubs. He was very thorough and tried alot of shaft and length selections for me which really helped. If you go for a fitting, trust his experience!

I went into Golfbox Booragoon and the service was and is always exceptional. Elliot, Chris and team are always extremely helpful in making sure you get what is best suited. The Aerojet Limited Edition that I bought yesterday exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for distance, feel and forgiveness.

Went into Golf Box Booragoon to purchase some new golf shoes, walked out with shoes, belt and a new Ping G430! I mentioned to the salesman Josh, that I was struggling off the tee and he got me on the simulator, we tried a few different options as well as Josh explaining the differences in shafts, ball speed, spin rates etc. I don't think I have missed a fairway yet. Great stuff Josh and thank you for your help!

Christos is the man! Helped me choose a driver and doesn't just push you to buy the newest and most expensive. Listens to your input and helps you choose the best clubs for your swing and how it feels for you. I enjoy every visit to this store!

I went to buy a set of golf clubs, the store was not busy. I was in the store for over 15 min and no one approached me to offer any assistance or advise. It is a pity as I took the time to specifically drive there.

What a refreshing customer service experience! I first called and spoke to Matt who didn't laugh at me – I enquired about purchasing a golf buggy for my son to use to transport a trombone. It was a first, but he didn't judge, just said come on in and try it out. I got there and was served by Cristos. Same mentality, positive and helpful. He went above and beyond to show my son how to use the golf buggy and ensure he was comfortable with its functions before we made the purchase. He also carried it out to the car for us. Fantastic service by the team at GolfBox Booragoon. Keep up the great work!

Went in 2days ago to look for a 3 wood no one serve me and most of the staff were too busy practicing. Poor service!

Fantastic I wanted a second pair of golf shoes and scored a bargain with a pair of Skechers. Great value and lovely staff.

I was contacted by The Golfbox, and they apologized for the poor service and did attempt to supply a resolution. I appreciate this effort, and for that reason I have adjusted my review rating.

Terrible service! I booked a golf club fitting with Golfbox. This is a service for which you pay at The Golfbox, but is FREE at other retailers. I booked online, and recieved a confirmation email at the time of booking. I received another confirmation email the day before the fitting. I put in a days' leave from work so I could attend the fitting (which is a Christmas gift from my wife btw). I drove an hour to get to the store. On arriving at the store no one was aware of the booking, and there was no one available to do the club fitting. Checking their digital diary they could see my booking was indeed made. The guy that does the fitting is not available for several weeks they said. No solution or resolution was offered. Wasted a days' holiday leave and drove a round trip of 2 hours. My out of pocket expense is considerable.

Went in with $700 to spend after my previous driver from same store had broken, the guy spent about 1/4 of the time with me. I saw numbers on about 2 shots so we left after hitting a few shots and he was with the 4th or 5th other customer during a 14 minute 'fitting' session. I know they sell fitting sessions also, but surely prior to spending $700. Really disappointed in the service. Also, kept saying numbers don't represent reality, looks a lot higher than it is etc. I averaged about 9 feet of roll out with driver. Also, don't expect anything higher tech than thick layers of cellophane tape over the sticker label so they can also sell that club. I.e, no demo clubs. Gutted. Also, you are given non brand balls so no idea if they are range balls etc so spin and launch are irrelevant as they will not represent anything similar to how I may play on the course. Basically, I can't see how this helps the buyer at all

I went in not too sure what I needed but the team at Booragoon Golfbox helped me quickly despite how busy the shop was. Cheers for your help and advice Cristos!

Great Service and help
I bought a new driver from the Booragoon store today as my driving has been off for the last 6 months, and I thought it was time for a new Driver. I received A1 Service from Matthew who gave me a few tips with my swing. Straight from the store to the golf course for 9 holes and I was hitting my new club with extra distance and good direction (bar the last hole) almost immediately. Soooo impressed. So glad I didn't settle for a second hand club. Thank you!
