Sunday morning breakfast was delicious casual easy going cafe excellent carrot cake and sausage rolls are the best

First class service.clean, tidy friendly, helpful staff & a lovely selection of food to satisfy all.

The service here is wonderful! A cosy cottage style atmosphere that during my visit on a cold rainy day made me want to nestle in and stay for the afternoon, sipping on great coffee and homemade delicious pastries!
The cafe is set amongst a beautiful historical area surrounded by parks and gardens, also worth checking out!
If you're in Glenforrest or Mundaring and a great lunch is what you're after, pop in! It won't disappoint

Delicious potato rosti, hot chocolate and chai latte. Chai latte came with honey and hot chocolate had real chocolate in it. Potato rosti is authentic and similar to the ones in Switzerland.

Discovered this hidden gem on the way up to Northam.it was one of the best cafes i had been to in Perth.the hot chocolate is a must try and the potato rosti is the only legitimate one i’ve tasted so far in Perth

Went here last Sunday for breakfast and it was amazing. Food is good and staff are friendly. Will be back!

Please take steak sandwiches off your menu until you are willing to use proper cuts of beef. The beef in yesterday's sandwich was so full of gristle that I was forced to take everything apart so that I could with difficulty hack at the steak with a knife, chew the next piece of meat, then spit out the ball of gristle remaining in my mouth. The meat was more suitable for, say, a stew. I accept that beef is expensive these days so my advice is to spare your customers as well as your reputation and take that disaster off your menu.

I had the absolute worst experience here. Firstly I was waiting forever to order, all while I was watching the waiter take multiple (5 or 6) drinks to other tables. Then the lady with the short red hair was extremely rude and unfriendly. I will never come back to this place again. Go to any other Cafe but this one. They are rude, make you wait, and the food is average.

The lady with the red hair got in my face and poorly explained why my child standing on a tiny chair with me behind him so he could fill up his water cup was not okay. Then proceeded to try and tell me my child would end up in the hospital. There was no safety issue. As a parent I will never take my kids here again. If there is a chair near the water fountain then they should move it if they don't want it to be a hazard.

Do not eat here. And if you see the lady with red hair be aware that she us extremely rude

Amazing fresh breakfast. Lovely polite staff. As nice a coffee as you could ever find and believe me I am fussy with my Latte’s.thank you so much for a lovely breakfast experience. Drove 40 mins to get here and totally worth it.

Will definitely be stopping here again before our next walk through the national park! Great service and the panini were delicious. We loved the extra thought of including wet wipe sachets with out takeaway order.

Nice spot to enjoy a coffee cake or whatever you fancy from the menu. We enjoyed the cheese scones immensely.

A little piece of nature. Wow what a find. Great food excellent service and a peaceful view out over the bush in Glen Forrest. I assure you it will not disappoint. Can't think of a better place for a meal especially brekkie. And you will love the friendly staff. Highly recommend.

In mundaring we are blessed with quite a few fab cafes, and I love them for various reasons, but gfg has, hands down, the best gluten free cakes. Their daily salads and other savories are amazing too, but hey, cakes are what matter to me, and the cakes here are not ones you find anywhere else! Special mention to the brownies and various friands, but their choc cake is to die for and gets 1st place!

Stopped here after walking from Darlington with my dog. Outdoor or indoor seating available. Friendly staff, doggy biscuits on sale for your dog and a water bowl outside. Ordered a gf brownie, and an iced coffee with almond milk. Wasn't too busy, service was medium speed. Good park across the road with playground.

Lovely little place! Great scones, muffins and coffee. Well worth seeking out. Blueberry muffins and cheese scones highly recommended.

Amazing food. Best kept secret in Perth. The weekend breakfast scrolls are out of this world as good. This place should be in the same conversation as the very best cafes in Perth if they could just nail a consistently great coffee.
