The food and store was amazing but there customer service was just the opposite, after just going in for a treat after dinner, we were greeted with the worst customer service, when blonde lady came to bring our order to the table she quite literally dumped the plate down and the threw the cutlery on the table, and was very rude about it too, I’m not one to nit pick but I’d never serve my own customers in such a way, even if it’s a late shift.

Overly charged. Ordered 1 large Biscoff waffles. & small ferrero rocher waffle & 1 scoop of ice cream on each waffle which makes around $35.40 but charged $50.40. When asked about it, girls said it was by mistake as they thought both the waffles were large size. Even if both were large, it couldn’t be $50.40. Got the refund (not showing on my card yet, may be will take some time) but please make sure, next time don’t overly charge people, everybody got the hard earned money. No need to say waffles were exceptionally delicious, service was really good. Thanks

Always nice to have a Gelare in the suburbs and very close by to where we live. The gold standard when it comes to waffles and always good to come in and smell the aromas of freshly cooked waffle batter.

Traditionally 1/2 priced waffles on Tuesdays is the go but wanted dessert on the weekend so can’t go wrong coming here. Great waffles and great ice cream as well!

Staff have always given us our coffee orders how we like it. The manager teaches his staff well and can have his well deserved day off knowing his Gelare shop is in good hands (Naysa, you are one). We love to take our grandsons to Galare for a waffle ice cream treat when they visit us.

Manager is soo arrogant, food and coffee wasn’t good either. $60 for dirty looks and a unclean plate.

Very nice gelato. Good service. Quite busy when we were there and it's quite a small shop so couldn't sit inside but otherwise good atmosphere.

Am not really regular customer here. About 2-3 times a month. Depends which staff u met, some of them good, even quiet u see them work. Some of them just talk too much not related the work behind counter. Sometime they don’t feel how sticky of the table. I knew they wiped.
Barista skill up and down. Flat white not smooth and too many froth

We love going here occasionally on Tuesday nights for waffles and ice cream. Service is good and the food is tasty.

Consistently good. I have been here a few times over the past 1.5 years since moving to the area and its always been good. Always delicious. Usually get a classic waffle with a scoop of icecream (vanilla bean is just lovely) and the biscoff waffle is dangerously delicious. Great coffees, chai teas and biscoff lattes. Highly recommend

Nice ice cream, cold and tasty. Nice location and very patient server as we decided our selections.

Gelare harvest lakes is a great place to hangout with family and friends. Always loved their coffee over the years. Friendly staff too who have always given my little boy marshmallows everytime I ordered a coffee for myself. The waffles are great. All the best team and keep those awesome coffees coming.

My only constructive feedback would be to also add the normal icecream cones to your menu if you can and not just the waffle cones alone.

This is the best waffles i have ever had in my life. $13.25 for a large waffle and sccop of ice cream on a tuesday, are u kidding me? ! What more could you ask for. I love you gelare please sponsor me

The girl with the black hair on today (Monday -09 of jan) was extremely helpful in explaining to us the menu etc but the girl with the blonde hair was so rude she spoke back to other customers rudely then with us she jumped in when the other girl was explaining the menu to us she insisted to talk to us like we were idiots, the other girl was doing all the work while she stood there and chatted away. Honestly making this busy look bad, if I could give this -1 star I would

Very bad service would not serve us when we got in 4 minutes before closing.left us waiting until closing time to tell us they were closed and told us to get out.terrible service.completely ignored us didn’t acknowledge us.door was unlocked and it said they were opened.a couple was served just a minute before we went in.

It’s our usual hangout on a Tuesday, but given today’s experience we will not return due to off cream and being served a waffle that almost fell off the counter that was touched when caught.

Bought waffles and a couple of drinks. Out of the 5 waffles we ordered, 2 Large waffles had vanilla bean ice cream, cream and syrup. As I began to eat my waffle the cream tasted sour, indicating that it has expired. I checked with the other person who also stated that the cream tasted off. I returned mine and the young girl said it’s all the same cream. So I came back and checked the 3 waffles that had cream. Only 2 had the off cream taste. Long story short, the girls behind the counter continued to stick to their story about the cream being fresh when it clearly wasn’t. We wouldn’t return two large waffles barely touched if the cream wasn’t off. They replaced the large waffles and came out and said we won’t put the cream on, because it’s the same cream used on the other 3 waffles.
And when pulling up the fact that they are making us out to be liars, the young girl denied the fact that she was making us out to be liars, whilst proceeding to say the cream was from the same bottle continuously.

I was annoyed to say the least, and said not good enough given it’s 15% surcharge and ordering something with the works and asked for our money back too. To top it off we were still served a plain waffle that was almost dropped off the counter that the young girl put her hand on to catch before it dropped, which we decided not to mention when it was brought to our table earlier. She knows I saw her too, placed it behind the counter but you could clearly see it was the same waffle as the corner of one piece was squished and broken off.

The manager was on site and didn’t have the audacity to come out to deal with the matter, and the shop wasn’t clearly that busy. Sorry but this is not a way to start off your business in the new year. Won’t be returning… The image shows the replacement waffle which was burnt…

Lovely owner, courteous and quick, he had a fantastic rapport with the regulars. The coffee was tasty and hot. Waffles and pancakes came out quickly, for two hungry boy, and not a bit was left over. We will be back!

Paid a small fortune for a large takeaway Ferrero Rocher waffle to get home and discover no icecream. Then to add insult to the situation they don't answer their phone. Yet again can't get this simple request right
