Funk Cider reviews
64Great place to catch up with friends and try some new ciders and beer! Food was expensive and needed more options but overall great experience!
Had an amazing afternoon here sitting in the shade of the big trees. Pet friendly location and great drinks and nibbles. Try the pineapple cider!
Went for lunch, not really much food available. Really for young people to get drunk, so not in my age group. But good on them
First time I came here. It was great. Second time there was a security staff member that was so rude. He looked like an islander. Did not make u feel welcome. The bar staff could not cope with the amount of people here. Great pizzas and drinks. Won’t be coming again.
Excellent service and great seating areas. Can't wait to go there again. Good range of non alcoholic drinks. Easy access for disabled people.
Disappointing, overpriced products, poor service due to lack of bar staff. Mens toilets disgusting, overflowing urinal due to blockage. Will not return to this place.
I've been meaning to go to Funk Cider for years and now I'm slapping myself for not going sooner! The Honey Lager is a true delight, especially on a hot summer day. My sister tried her luck on the tasting paddle and was not disappointed. Lovely customer service with a sense of humour too. Don't leave it as long as I did to check it out!
Awesome venue, awesome service and delicious food & drinks.
Would 100% recommend.
Great for large groups, caters well to food allergies & the staff were very easy to deal with regarding making reservations.
Friendly guy at the entrance who gave our party hand sanitizer before we entered and our table had our name clearly marked with our name so we knew where to sit.
Food came out very quickly and Cider was yumo in my tumo
I'm not much of a cider fan, but came here with friends.
I did try, and like the Lemon Cider, but washed down my lunch with their ginger and lemon soft drink, which was really good.
I ordered the chicken burger and chips. The burger was good, but not amazing, the chips were really good, but the stand out was my friend's pizza. It was chicken and chilli. One of the best pizzas I've tried in a long time.
Of the food I ate in the Swan Valley that day, I wasn't expecting it to be, but it was the standout.
Nice place, amazing Ciders with many flavour and lots of car slot for parking! Recommended if you are roaming around swan valley
A great place to have organic interesting cider. Just that the place is packed with high school and young uni students and queues are too long.
Fantastic range of flavours that are all very very tasty. Great friendly service and surroundings, definitely worth a visit.
Parking good, toilets are ok. Live band was nice. Water mist to make things cool. They do not seem interested in tourist money, no descriptions of drinks. The place is clearly make enough money from the locals, if you look at ware and tear on the furniture. For a party and fun times this would be a fun place to go. The staff are happy and pleasant. The place is clean. In some places it is hard to walk around. Go there and ask questions about beer and cider so they eventually get things on paper for visitors.
Nice cider and a cosy courtyard. I'd rate it for family friendly and live music. The only reason it loses a star is that the kitchen closes too early and it takes too long for them to clear a table of rubbish after a big group has been through
I came in today with my family that had come over from Brisbane. We thought I'd be good to have a drink and some food before going on a wine tour. The food was great and cider too but unfortunately the people that were there weren't. They were screaming, banging on the floor and using every swear word under the sun. We made a complaint but nothing was done.
I get it. I was young once and still am but that's no excuse to act like monkeys in a zoo.
Just wish it was a better experience for my family.
Not very helpful we felt like we were a nuisance being there. We would have liked to have purchased cider to take home but didn't want to be a bother. Had one drink and bolted.
Music was poxy, no wonder the crowd of young people left, can't expect bus loads of people to come through if that's what music is being played.
Get an acoustic guitarist on stage playing some Ed Sheeran type music, not 70s one hit wonders.
Beers aren't too bad, but even they taste average.
Designated smoking area would be good too. Also how about a toilet block with more than one loo, especially with doors that have working locks.
Great selection of ciders and beers. Pineapple and passionfruit are interesting additions worth trying.
Not busy when we arrived at 1pm. We were told food would be half an hour, 1.5 hours later food began to arrive. Kids meal arrived last, 2 hours to complete order. I dont normally post reviews but felt compelled to do so as it was so slow.
