Friendlies Pharmacy Cannington

I’d like to change my review as this friendlies store has a new owner. I hope the new store is a great success.

Lack of staff sometime but the pharmacist Hanna is very knowledgeable and nice. My wife and I bought armaforce for pregnancy that we did not realise exist and a lot of pharmacy did not know. Also bought a compounded lotion for my backpain. Similar to Dancorub but without the smell and easy to wash off. I normally rub my eyes reflexly and got the Dancorub in the eye. Not with this lotion. The lotion temporarily numb the pain and then i will feel the pain though much less but after sometime the lotion will work and i forgot the pain is gone. A bit pricey but worth it

Hands down one of the most efficient chemist in the area. The pharmacist was very friendly and helpful! I usually get my scripts from chemist warehouse where I have to wait 30-45 minutes. But here it only took less than 5 minutes easily and surprisinly the pricing is very similar. The place is spacisous and well organised. The staff were very polite and approachable unlike other places I’ve been to where the workers just runaway from you. Christina I will be seeing you again!

There was a lady there called Christina, the rudest person I ever had to deal with, I made an eye contact with her few times and she just ignored me and when I approached her to ask her for something that was so personal to me and she was so bloody rude about it and said that she doesn’t know and she point me to the counter and said she was busy putting stock away. People like her shouldn’t be where they need a bit of more customer service. I highly recommend for her to change her career. Very disappointed WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN! Definitely reporting them to the centre.

It was my first time visiting Friendlies today and was thankfully served by the pharmacist on duty, Christina. I came in to pick up a script from my gp and there was actually an issue as my doctor had prescribed me medication I have allergies to. Christina worked diligently and pro-actively to make sure I left with the correct medication. She was very attentive, friendly (the name is spot on!) and caring. If I had gone to another pharmacy instead I might not have been asked the right questions and left with one big mistake. Not only is the service terrific, the pharmacy itself is extremely clean and spacious. Christina definitely made my day and I highly recommend the pharmacy to anyone! She has made a customer for life!

All they know is money, they just try to make you buy something even if it is not going to help.and also, they are very annoying: as soon as you walk into their store, they keep asking you if you know this and that, they keep advertising and offering! I said a few times I am just browsing, but a shop assistant wouldn't leave me alone and kept talking and trying to sell something, just whatever she could! Gosh, that's going to be my last time going there!

Very statistying costumer services, they recommend right vitamins and very polite to the customers. Definitely will come back again
