Very very rude Chinese staff when you wanna buy they pretend like very nice and polite when you go to return something the show rude attitude.

Useless. No help whatsoever. Asian young girl was pretending to know yet she's not a pharmacist. Waste of time

Horrible, horrible horrible staff. Rude and obnoxious. People probably only come to this location because there’s nothing else available inside of carousel. Run away lol.

Haven't had too many issues other than no stocks available. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Obviously easy access since it is located in westfield carousel with plenty of parking.

Was recommended the Blackjack Expectorant for a nasty chest infection and cough recently - worked really well on clearing it out. Easy to follow instructions

The tall asian and the young caucasian pharmacist are the worst, RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Literally guys, go pharmacy 4 less across the street, I been to both places, and you would tell the differences between heavan and hell.

I went in to see any promotion on health care products. A staff came and greeted me. He directed me to a section so that I could check up items as I was looking for. Friendly and helpful. (2022-04)

Rude staff that think they are doctors. Asking 20 unnecessary questions for over the counter items

They sell surgical masks 5 for $8 from a 50 masks box today. When we asked why so expensive & why selling like this. A lady on the counter said, masks are limited & need to split. We bought 10 masks. However on the way to home I went to Chemist Wherehouse & asked masks. They are selling same masks box which has 50 for $34.
So this 777 pharmacy trying to get money from their customers more than double

Too bad. This is Australia. We need to stop this kind of cheating

Customer service was not helpful and friendly at all, not one of the staff came to help, was so lost, I would like it to be closed down for good, very disappointed and disgusted

I came in and requested rikodeine for my chesty cough. The intern lady gave me the Blackjack expectorant and my cough went away in 2 days!

Very bad customer service. An old lady Pharmacist called Sue was very rude to us when we were enquired on some doc verification.

I came in enquiring about their sleep apnoea service for my partner and the staff were very helpful and clear with the process. After doing the test, my partner is doing a trial and we can see a difference in his snoring and fatigue throughout the day. Thank you very much! Highly recommend this pharmacy!

Customer service is a flop. I was looking for a specific vitamin when a staff named Maria approached me and ask me if I needed help. However, instead of helping me, I felt she was not assisting me rather interrogating me. Her voice is nowhere near being nice. I got so frustrated and ended up going to to a different pharmacy in carousel where I was able to get the vitamins without the feeling of being judge.

The lady recommended me a product and its made my sore worse and bigger and now Im in a great load of pain thanks to that lady. Would never go back here and would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

I used to wonder why no one enters this store given the fact that no store around this place is as empty. The only reason is, employees at the sales counter are so very rude. I am sure I don't have to go there (Will do the needful from next time). The only time I use their service is probably for a flue shot or buying equipment from my HBF account.and every single time, they have made it hard. Never have I got my issue addressed on the first visit. Particularly this staff named Maria. Not sure if they ever get trained on Customer service. Very poor service and it is not a one off case. They are consistently bad. I have held back many times before giving a negative review.

Like to pop in occasionally for a browse and as they have Natio often make a purchase. Never again.

Watch out people it’s a rip off place.: I paid $15.50 for the eye drops which is of actually half price in chemist warehouse. That’s unacceptable. I do understand that it can’t beat their prices or can’t be the same but shouldn’t be double Atleast. Won’t come back ever. The same thing happened when I bought Vitamin C powder from them.

It is the worst pharmacy I have ever been. The guy who served me doesn’t know how to respect her customer.

I had a bad experience with the pharmacist (a tall Chinese looking lady with a ponytail in the picture attached) who attended to me the other day. I asked her for some suggestions for my father who needs some multivitamins. She just gave a bottle from the shelves and did not bother to explain to me about the vitamins. When I asked more about the suitability of the vitamins, she snatched the bottle and put it back on the shelf (at the back of the counter). She then told me the brand of the vitamins and walked away and assumed that I will do my research. My guess is she profiles customers as she was more attentive to the two ladies that came after me. Stay away from this pharmacy especially the lady with a ponytail in the picture attached.
