Fridge & Washer City Joondalup

I needed 2 drum shock absorbers for my front loader which is over 10 years old. Mick looked at the sample and consulted his service person who was able to supply me with 2 new parts which may not be listed for my machine but did fit. Thanks for going that extra bit to help me out.

Having had a negative experience at another retailer I went to F&W City in Joondalup because of a positive experience I had with them a year ago. I was pleased to see that their staff remained welcoming and very helpful. They discussed my requirements and installation step by step and reserved my quote, which was very competitive, until I had sorted the financial side. Delivery and installation went like clockwork and the entire team were efficient and polite. They have secured my custom for any of my future needs in white goods and appliances.

Couldnt be happier with the friendly and helpful service from here. Had been to a few of the regular stores beforehand to look for our new washing machine none were as knowledgeable or as helpful as here. We even ended up with free washing powder and pegs as they told us that our machine would be delivered on the Monday but due to the truck not coming in on time it couldnt be delivered until the following day. I wasn't expecting this at all and was shocked to recieve this when the delivery driver turned up. I cant think of many places that would give this level ofcustomer service. Once again thankyou for your outstanding service.

From the first time we went into the shop and the customer service all the way through to calls for just advice. You guys are awesome and made us feel very welcome the whole way through the process. Would definitely recommend going and seeing these guys for anything you might need. Nothing is too hard they will sort you out.

I just want to send an email as I have had a few dealings over the phone with your staff, two males and a female over the past year. I want to say that I always find your staff friendly and helpful and I would recommend your store for this alone as good customer service is not always easy to fins in Australia. I have brought a fridge and a dishwasher from here and both have been duds. There after sales service is shocking. I would never buy from this shop again. They say they will ring back but they don't!
