Today I went in store to purchase a new dish washer. I did some research and had a vague idea of what I wanted to purchase. The team guided me to a better option I hadn't considered which had a longer warranty period within the same price bracket. These guys really are the experts when it comes to appliances - they certainly know their stuff.

What a fab experience from beginning to end at Fridge & Washer Joondalup. We had to hurriedly buy a new fridge and Moya was great providing initial information; even advising if they couldn’t get fridge to us within a few days we could loan a fridge. Where do you get that sort of service these days? Mik too was great in dealing with us during sale and post sale. Our fridge arrived minus 2 door drawers. Things happen. No issues getting them in for us and we picked them up today. Staff friendly and helpful again. If we need any other white goods we’ll be straight back. Thank you.

This is a congratulations / well done / excellent customer service to Mick at your Joondalup WA store. Not only was the phone answered promptly but his manner was friendly and the information he gave on various types of clothes dryers was excellent. I learnt more about dryers from Mick in 10 minutes than I'd known after using one for 10 years! I rarely give out such glowing compliments but he truly deserves some recognition for both his manner and his knowledge. Yes and we did buy one from you.

We are very pleased with the service we received. They delivered us a loan freezer until the one we have ordered arrives. Our current freezer had stopped working and we managed to save most of our food thanks to their efficiency.

Great prices, even better service. Got us a new washing machine to replace our broken one delivered and installed the next day. Then came back on a separate trip to collect our old washer as I didn't have it ready for them to take away on the first visit. Thank you!

Terrible customer service.phoned up to enquire 2 models of washers and was told that delivery could take place "tomortow afternoon", if I'd like to pop in. Drove over to store and it turned out they didn't even have one of the models I had asked for, which was the one we wanted, in stock. Was surprised to hear I was there for the washer? ! They told us then if we order it it would be delivered " before 1pm" on the following day. We changed our Christmas plans to free up the morning but no sign of them. Phoned up before 1pm to ask abt the delivery, instead of finding out the timeframe from the delivery guy, they told me they were running late and couldn't say when it'd arrive, just " sometime in the afternoon, before 5pm I'd say "! We had to cancel our Christmas plans all together just to wait for this washer which they couldn't tell me when would arrive. No apology what so ever. Their email system doesn't work so if they said they had emailed you the receipt, you wouldn't get it. Their phoneline said mobile network disconnected at times. Felt like no one cared abt anything. The delivery guy was nice and working hard when everyone else had left the office. He arrived before 2pm but due the the lack of communication from the store, we had already cancelled our plans.

Hi Moya and Mick, We just want to say a very big thank you for accepting our replacement Mitsubishi fridge and allowing us to upgrade to the larger LG fridge. It is already making life easier. I would just like to say a big thank you to Ross who went way and beyond the call of duty in helping me out with my bosch washer. Bosch were unable to make a service call for a week and he took the time to come and sort the problem for me as a courtesy to a customer. So rare to get customer service like this and so appreciated. They really know the products and gave us great advice on the various options available. Exceptional customer service from the advice, price, delivery and installation.
