Excellent in-store service, competitive pricing and quick delivery by a very friendly installer. The whole process was very easy.

We recently moved to Perth and were very stressed about purchasing white goods as we had a limited budget. We bought a fridge and washing machine from Fridge and Washer City (O'Connor store). The owners were very helpful and Shelley did her best to find us the best second hand option in the store. She was very friendly and genuine! She also cleaned some parts of the fridge that we didn't know how to access! We are very happy with both products so I would highly recommend them:)

Gave services 5 stars, great service, friendly not pushy sales and informative. Installers Mike and Jon polite as introduced themselves first and came on time (having run half an hour ahead). Fast installation, run of Washing machine, explained basic functions of machine, tidied up hoses in cupboard and cleaned up space. Thanks guys.

Needed a replacement washing machine with limited budget. Problem solved as I got a second hand one in good nick with Zip pay. Delivered and installed and old one removed all for a reasonable fee and all on the sae day. Thanks so much.:)

Rang up at 9.30 am spoke with Colin I had my brand new washing machine installed and delivered by 1.30pm that day thank you so much that's what I call service. Thanks to the man who installed it also who was very careful of my floors and walls. Awesome work.

I went into to 3 different stores to find a Twin tub washer. Found one in Fridge and washer city.

Just ang to ask a few questions on my washing machine that does not spin. I had fantastic service with no pressure to buy. In fact I was told to get a quote and if it was too dear to buy a new one because of the age. I will be buying a new machine from fridge and washer city in oconner because of the excellent customer service if not tomorrow but when it dies on me. I"snt it wonderful to still have great customer service in 2018

Have always had the parts I require in stock at very reasonable prices. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Am very disappointed and disheartened bought a second hand fridge for the price of $250 and have nothing but problems is now leaking and am informed will cost more than fridge to fix. As live close to poverty line can't afford a new fridge so have towel in bottom to catch water and hoping that fridge last s if not will have to live without a fridge aaargh. Am living in Albany and also went to fridge n washer city here and they said they would come and look at it and I thought wow humans in sales world! There is hope yet! But they never showed up disappointing feel like I've been cheated
