I recently purchased 2 products and was impressed with Colin's assistance, prompt delivery in 2 days and a lovely delivery chap who delivered within the time given, was professional with installation & had a nice manner.

My washing machine broke and like most people, I wanted a new one as soon as possible. I phoned the usual big chain stores and the wait was between 5 and 14 days to have one delivered. I thought I'd try Fridge and washer city, found the one I wanted via their website at the O'Conner store. Contacted them, paid for it over the phone and it was delivered the next day with the old one taken away. When I thought my old machine started working again shortly after ordering the new one, they were very knowledgeable about why it would break down again.it did. I can't speak highly enough of their service.

Well.what an experience. Most unhelpful individual who couldn't give 2 shites about gazing up from his archaec paperwork system to help you. On a side note, if you are looking for a fridge globe make sure you take yours in so he can match it up to one in a box of old ones he's taken from old fridges. Do yourself a favour and go to WA appliances parts.more than helpful people with new bulbs.

I should give them 2 times 5 star. My wife & I used their service twice with in 2 or 3 years time. Colin has a good knowledge about the product and he is down to earth guy. Love to see a local business thriving and doing well.

I bought my fridge and had it delivered they took my old fridgeaway, and to my surprise a couple of weeks later in the mail I received a cheque for $80 dollars for my oldfridge which i was not expecting! Icame back to buy my new appliance because of the great service that Ireceived.

Unfortunately we had to return a product as we bought the incorrect size. The owner of the business did not give one iota about us and continued to work on his computer. The total lack of interest and rudeness was surprising as he was very friendly when we wanted to purchase a product. Funnily, looking through the reviews, I see that others have had the exact same experience. Clearly he is in the wrong business.

I went around to other stores and this is the first store that I feel comfortable with to buy from.

My fridge died last week so I couldnt waste any time on getting a new one. I didnt have a lot of time to shop around but in the end I kept coming back to Fridge and Washer City. They were the best price wise 13 years ago when I bought my last fridge too. I went through the O'Connor office and they delivered the fridge the next day as promised and took away my old fridge as well which was such a bo nus. Will use again and recommend.

Bought my 45cm Euro slim dishwasher in April but unboxed it in December as waiting in reno. Dishwasher had a massive crease in the side and steel frame bent. Phoned the shop on a Friday and had replacement delivered the following Wedneaday. Very happy.

Great Service. Helped me out for a second time. First time delivered a new fridge on a Saturday and just bought a new dryer and got the advice to bring the old one for possible repair and if it cant be fixed no charge to look. Cheaper than the big chain store too!

This is my favourite place for bargains, i bought 3 fridges from this place, and always satisfied, professional and excellent customer relations. Great.
