Found the perfect rug for our lounge room and got some nice accessories to liven it up! Thanks Sarah for the very good assistance and attention to us. Definitely coming back!

Whatever you do.do not shop here! The staff will literally lie to you and then ignore any follow up. Further more they are holding an agreed refund hostage. Ordered a coffee table - it has been delayed and they couldnt confirm a delivery date. They agreed to arrange a refund for the product.great you would assume.however two days later they 'changed their mind' and won't be refunding the money as previously agreed. Advised someone would call me to resolve. But no one has called and I am out of pocket $900.00 - with no idea what is going on.

Always nice furniture and decor. Picked up a few items that were on a discount which were great value and nice to have in the home.

Received horrible customer service from staff. Won't shop at this Joondalup store again. I had to change an item and 2 staff members made me feel uncomfortable and that I was in the wrong.

Easy store to walk around. Lots of range.
Once again though please get rid of the faux or real animal skins/mats & rugs.
Just so unneccassary in these current times.

Do yourself a favour and read the other reviews and not just mine before you consider shopping here, there’s been a lot of angry customers. To cut a long story short we bought a couch, would be told it will take 3 months coz they didn’t have it in stock. Turns out they have nothing in stock and take half your money up front then order the product to be made. Anyway, was emailed 3 months later saying my couch had arrived and they wanted the other half of the money then it would be delivered. I paid the money, no couch was delivered.after 9 phone calls and one visit to the store, where I’m promised by everyone I spoke to that they would contact me back and no one ever does, turns out they didn’t have the couch in the first place and it would take another 3 months! Another 3 months pass still no couch. After more endless calls to the store the manager finally gets in touch and even agrees with me that his staff are hopeless. I’m then told it’s going to be another 2 months but they can’t guarantee it.hahaha you can’t make this up. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere these guys are truly hopeless at what they do. And the funny thing is this isn’t the first time this has happened to us at freedom, I must be a proper fool to let them do it to me twice. Won’t happen a third time.
Ps they only got one star because I had to put something, they actually deserve no stars. If only I’d gone to Harvey Norman ‍️

I would love to acknowledge the amazing staff member that helped me a few weeks ago with the purchase of my new mattress.
Sarah.your customer service is an absolute delight. You did everything you possibly could to answer my questions and help me make the right decision for me, without being pushy or intrusive. I will be definitely be returning to make future purchases at Freedom Joondalup if Sarah in on the floor to help thou. I believe customer service is everything. Thank you Sarah for your help, it was appreciated!

I would like to acknowledge the wonderful service provided by Shardae. I went in over 2 days and because of the brilliant service first time I asked for Shardae. It was nice to meet a young person who knew about the products and was confident in her conversations. She is a credit to Freedom Joondalup. Loved also the layout of the store and the homewares section. Beautiful items and I will definitely be returning.

Not impressed and will never shop here again. I rang up 3 times to find out were my mattress was and no one could give me any information. They said they will call me back and they never did which is not very good customer service.

Do not buy from Freedom furniture! We waited 6 months for our new gas lift bed to arrive and when it did get delivered it was damaged! Contacted Freedom who firstly offered a credit to buy a new bed from them, which would still take 16 weeks to be delivered until I insisted on a full refund. They agreed to a refund however I am still waiting for the damaged queen bed (6 boxes in my living room) to be collected and my refund then to be processed. I have contacted Freedom on several occasions and I either get no answer or somebody is meant to be ringing me back. The customer service is appalling and the furniture is over priced and you have to wait ridiculous amounts of time for it to be delivered. Would not buy from this place ever again.

Honestly what a joke.
Its like they run a circus.
Furniture arrives, they don't call you.
I randomly called they are like oh it's here.
Asked for measurements they provided the wrong ones so when we got there it didn't fit in the car.
Paid for delivery. Then it really got fun.
9 phone calls later still no fix, no delivery.
Never do they call back to update you
3 weeks additional of waiting while my sofa is stuck in warehouse
Hand balling from one freedom person to another.
I Called their delivery company who was helpful and now my piece is coming tomorrow.

A long string of disappointing service. In short, order a sofa that arrived late and damaged. I had the choice between a wait of 3 months and a voucher. My wife wanted a voucher to avoid all the material waisted.we used the voucher to buy a table.that arrived a good 2 months late because of the new freedom delivery system.and a week after a second of the same table arrived.that we never ordered.we refused it. Then we order a bed headboard, in June. I called several time in September.after being said. ”nah, the system does not have any info”, “ or the manager will call tomorrow “. But tomorrow was his day off.and he is new to the position.we finally got it delivered.just a verbal “sorry”. So this is a good summary of our experience.after buying 3 items, I think we are not going to try our luck again!

Freedom is a complete joke it is the furniture equivalent of Fawlty Towers. You pay for the overpriced items you want, only to be told that they have nothing in stock and you will have to wait 3 months for delivery. Then when the furniture arrives it is damaged and they will replace it but that will take another 4 months to replace it. Another item a buffet was missing the legs and screws and that would be another 3 months to wait for the parts. Also trying to contact these cowboys is near impossible they never answer their phones they do not reply to emails. The only way to contact them is to keep going back into the store and when you do they say they will get back to you but never do. They are a joke you would have more luck dealing with the muppets. Avoid Freedom at all costs.

Haven't visited Freedom for a few years. I was happy to find the usual range of modern qualiy furniture, lamps and soft furnishings as well as candles, natural products and bathroom accessories. As always It was a pleasure to visit Freedom and staff were as friendly as I remember.

I have used this store for many years, yes its a bit more expensive than some but I believe you get what you pay for. My experience with the staff has been nothing but positive, especially Amanda in the home wears section, although she has helped me spend money in other parts of the store, always helpful and not pushy. I would always go to to this Freedom Furniture store first, and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Extremely poor customer service. Purchased an item in store November 2019, which had to be ordered, with up to six week deliver time period. Contacted Joondalup store mid January only to be told the item had arrived in, but in error they had on sold my item to another customer, plus a replacement could not be ordered as it was no longer a listed item. Complained to head office with a automatic response advising they would be in contact within 10 working days. Didn't happen. After 3 weeks I followed up on the Facebook messenger page only to be advised that the issue had been passed onto the store in question (Joondalup). Replied that I was not happy dealing with the store clearly can't manage it stock and or put flags on items purchased by customers. To their credit the manager phone and confirmed item was no longer a stock item and was unaware of how the item had been sold to another customer, but, the item was on display at another store and he would contact me with a status update in 48 hrs with photo's and condition. Guess what? Four days later no contact from the store, no phone call no customer relations! In the last 12 months I've put $1000's through the tills of Freedom. Not anymore and all my contacts will be similarly advised.

Ordered furniture in January.told would be 6 weeks delivery. 8 weeks later told will be here next week.today told will be another 8 weeks! How is this place in business? Store manager did not want to own the problem, blamed it on 'IT' and wasn't particularly helpful about the refund.shonky at best.

It’s terrible experience from here
I have ordered consol, manager said it takes just month so I just waited for month
But I haven’t got any call and mail from here
So I called directly and then someone call me 2 weeks ago but he said i have to wait again and also no stock
It’s really wasting time if they mention it before a month i never upset like this

The most disappointing and horiffic experience Ive truly ever had to date in customer service has been with Freedom Furniture Joondalup.service delays, order losses, delivery, misleading information, extremely poor customer handling from staff and phone lines constantly ring out. The national line is not much better.

Despite All the negatives that is the Joondalup, Tennessee from the Osborne Park store needs to be seriously commended. She has gone above and beyond to assist me and help me find a solution despite not needing any involvement in this. An extremely rare unicorn at the Freedom company, indeed! Thank you Tennessee!
