Fraser Suites Perth

Very very nice hotel in Perth. Loved everything about the room and the facilities. Great location, bus stop right next to it and within the free bus zone. Would recommend to anyone.

The way a situation was delt with was so bad had to call to find out what was going on and how ever the manager got her job basically argued with me before I could even get my point across that she knew more about the situation because she was from the country ‍️

The most beautiful- est views, the bed was to die for, the gym is amazing as well as the spa and sauna plus pool all I have to say is wow!

It was the best hotel experience ever!
Front office staffs were friendly and helpful.
Nice and clean room that has everything you need (including views!)
Tasty food, attentive and friendly waitresses and professional barista.
Just one thing though, the bed was too comfortable that I missed breakfast xD

I have not had the pleasure of staying here yet, but I was attending an event nearby this weekend and happened to forget my printed out tickets. The lovely lady Alix at the front desk was so kind to print me out another copy without hesitating. Great customer service!

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Room is good. Well priced. They have a pillow menu which is kinda cool. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoy the $1 breakfast buffet while staying there, everything is worth it. But I wish the pool was jested.

A hidden gem in Perth! Great value with excellent service, starting and ending with Robyn at the front desk. Understated luxury, treated like VIPs by all the staff we interacted with, and very tasty meals at great prices. Definitely be back, great value for your money in Perth.

Rooms were amazing, very spacious with separate living and bedroom. Very close to casino and service was 5 star

I went to a function at Fraser Suites, and The staff were great, the drinks were cold and the food was amazing.

Pretty sweet suites. Modern setup with great room service options. Breakfast buffee and secure undercroft parking that can fit a cruiser.

Great Boutique Apartment Hotel in the CBD but at the quieter end of town and with good on and offsite parking. Great Thought Leaders event today with Peter Cook.

The staff were very professional and helped wherever they could. It is walking distance to the city centre shopping precinct as well. Very well kept rooms and the hotel in general is very good, clean and has all the usual conveniences available. Great place to stay whether overnight or longer.

Staff have little idea of what's going on. Bacon was cold at breakfast and the fish burnt at dinner. Go elsewhere

They need to change their on hold messages. It states award winning- not sure what they win awards for.appalling service.things missing from the room maybe but nothing else. I Turnrd up from 10 hours travelling, no mugs or cups to have a cup of tea or coffee. I phoned guest services to request some and also coat hangers as there were none of these either. 3 phone calls and 40 mins later still had received nothing I left to buy a cup of coffee. When the cups turned up they had chips in them. I went to use a bowl and found out that they were dirty. Phoned to get bowls and also a tray for the oven. Waited for 3 hours and nothing so I went downstairs to speak to the duty manager. He said he would fix this and 4 hours later I received a clean bowl. Every time i discovered something missing from the room I was treated like an idiot with the words I’m but have you checked. I always travel with some of my own cooking facilities as no hotel has all of the necessary basic equipment. This was then Stolen from my room. I travel every second week for work and have come across some appalling hotel chains but this one is definitely in my top 3 worst. I have given them one star for the great sauna they have.

The team at Fraser Suites are incredibly friendly, and always have a warm smile regardless of the time of day. The suite we were in was great. Very clean and well presented.

Stayed for a night in a double suite with big couches eg. Great beds and comfort awesome view and location. Breakfast crowded at 9am on sundag but yum. Didn't try the spa but friends said its great. Why 4 stars.no glasses had to ask 3 times to get 6 glasses and ice. Will be back anyhow

Very nice, modern hotel. Good rooms and good dining. Within walking distance (though a decent walk) of the city centre.

Staff were quite friendly, overall good experience. The view of the Swan River from our room was beautiful.

I’ve stayed at a fair few hotels in Perth and this one is my favourite based on room size, views and service. Our room was facing the swan river, we watched the sunset as we drunk champagne. The service was extremely friendly and hospitable when calling reception and asking for bits and bobs sent up to the room. We had a delicious 2 course dinner at Heirloom restaurant down stairs and enjoyed a couple of cocktails- they were perfection. Buffet breakfast in the morning had us going back for seconds. Thank you for a fantastic stay- we’l be back x
