Franks Gourmet Meats

Apart from the scrumptious gourmet sausages and the wacky advertising decor, what I like best about Frank's is that I can bring my own containers and the butchers are happy to put my meat in them. I really appreciate this.

My favourite butcher in Perth since 1989, the year I first moved to Freo. Great selection of meats, professional and friendly service from Frank and his staff, and deep knowledge about all things meat. Fabulous in-house sausages, too. Even if you're not a Freo local it's always worth a trip to this place.

Great products but wasn't happy when I saw a sign saying something like: freshly sliced bacon, especially when one of the butcher's just cut open a prepackaged packet of bacon from a supplier and put it right where the supposed freshly sliced bacon sign was. Thus I certainly didn't buy any.

I used to work here and am very glad i did. Franks an incredible employer role model and teacher. He prides himself on his presentation of his shop from the chalk on the old fashioned signs to the soil in the plants outside. Overall incredibly well managed family business glad to have had the opportunity to grow up working there.

Frank is a lovely guy and so are the staff! I brought all my meat from their as they have a great variety of meat and it's delicious! Best in Australia for sure!

If there is meat that this place doesn't have then something is wrong. Bought all my Scottish stuff here for a birthday party. Will go again.
