Service was impeccable. The man who served us (I wish I got his name) was such a delight! True asset to the business. He was accomodating and the best customer service I’ve had. Very friendly, patient, honest and polite.

The meat — where do I even start? It’s affordable and realistic. The quality is top notch! You don’t even need to put lots of seasonings as the meat is soooo tasty itself!

Tried some Hickory beef ribs that were 8 dollars a kg, had to double check the sign when I saw it. Straight into the oven that night for a few hours with some roast veg. The dogs and I had a feast. Delicious.bargain!

The burgers, lamb koftas and sausages here are absolutely divine! Best part about this place is not only the customer service, but the price. An absolute steal compared to major supermarkets. Highly recommend Franks!
