Great spot for a van site. In between Busselton and Dunsborough so you’re spoiled for choice. Walk across the road and you’re on a stunning beach which is dog friendly as is the site. Pool, blow up pillow, and games to keep the pesky kids entertained. The toilets and showers are well kept and clean. Good value too.

We have been staying at Four Seasons Holiday Park for more than 15 years. The facilities have been upgraded and there are many activities like 2 swimming pools, bouncy pillow, mini golf, basketball and a games room. The beach is directly across the main road and is an easy walk. The park is dog friendly and has an on-site dog wash facility too. Majority of the park has sealed roads, which is great for the kids toys. The park is secure with swipe card gate access which is relatively new, however in all our times we have stayed, we have never had any security issues. We love staying here and is a great base if you want to tour around the near by towns and tourist locations too. On site vans are adequate, but if you are chasing a bit more luxury, I suggest the villas. Hope you enjoy Four Seasons as much as we do, oh and dont forget to have a photo with Bentley at the front

Just spent the weekend here and would highly recommend. Grassed unpowered sites under beautiful trees. Amenities blocks very clean and all you would need in a camp kitchen. Grounds were beautifully maintained. Will be back again soon.

We had to use a cabin that was dog friendly even though we did not 'have a dog'. Because of late booking and being the only availability. It was so cold in the first week of October just like winter because of the ability of the cabin to heat up. The air con was doing its best to heat the cabin but was coming in and going straight out the 'louver windows'. We really froze in our sleeping bags - it was equal to 'sleeping outside". Another issue was the 'busy road'. The cabin we were allocated was basically 'on the highway' and the traffic 'did not stop'. We did not have a good sleep even though we tried.

Seriously needs a clean throughout.
Not hard to grab a cobweb broom and give bbq areas and abolition blocks clean from the millions of bugs caught in webs.
Children play area very outdated and minimal.swing only able to be used by bigger kids without help (way too far off the ground)
No drains for any site so waste water just flows onto the ground.
Jumping pillow which is a main attraction was out of order and what they call mini golf was unsafe and ruined.
Wifi can only be accessed if your in the disgusting games room.
Games room costs alot of money and most things broken or out of order.
Couches I would not sit on at all and broken "furniture " throughout aswell
We for sure will not be returning
Very disappointing for the premium price

The WORST customer service! Cabin was full of cockroaches, ants and flying insects, also smelt of strong urine! When we tried to express our concerns to the manager regarding these issues she accused us of LYING! Would not stay here ever again.absolutely disgusting Save your money and don’t make the same mistake as me

Very lovely grounds, very friendly staff and modern laundry facilities. Booked a chalet but unfortunately very cold weather and bed bit uncomfortable.

On our arrival the receptionist was lovely, and very helpful. The park is very clean with large grassed sites. The amenities where older however very clean with hot water.
Very quite and will return on our next trip,

Booked a queen size room to find out its a double bed reported it to the staff and they simply didn't care also there games room is leased off to someone who doesn't even maintain it and you drop yr coins into oblivion with no outcome yeah if your gonna be cheap doesn't mean you can't have standards.

Pretty good overall. Nice grounds and the sites were a decent size. Excellent location between Busselton and Dunsborough. Some of the facilities are showing their age a bit, and the ablution blocks were quite small.

Very disappointed with our stay at fourseason.we booked into Van6
based off the photo provided on the website to only come and see it was nothing like advertised in fact it was DISGUSTING! The room smelt damp, the bed sheets weren't changed and looked mouldy. There was mould on the celling, the interior is disgusting and old
It was so bad we had to ask for another room.we then got moved to a different van which compared to the first one it was much more liveable the smell was the same we had to go and BUY bug spray and air freshner to spray on the beds and throughout the van, the fridge did not work which was completely unacceptable for a holiday park accommodation to not provide working equipment
as for the communal bathrooms they were DISGUSTING no COVID safe practicing for the amount of people using them. The manager was completely rude and didn't want to acknowledge any of the complaints I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS PLACE ITS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!

Nice and quiet park which is great and you can take your dog. The only thing I could say for an improvement would be to have a fenced dog area in the park were they can run around off the leash. Other than that it was great.

The on site van we stayed in was nothing flash but definitely spacious, it worked for us. We would highly recommend to anyone that wants a get out of the rat race of the city and enjoy this relaxing caravan park, this is the one and also priced very well

We really enjoyed this caravan park.
Friendly staff at reception who accommodated our request to swap to a more shaded spot even on a peak weekend which was very much appreciated.
Tarmac roads throughout.
Lots of shaded camp sites.
Playground for the kids and a games room with arcade games, couches and pool table.
You could tell the bathrooms had been redone in the last few years so was relatively new and they were kept very clean.
Walk to the beach straight across the road too and perfectly located half way between Busselton and Dunsborough, only 10 mins each way.
Would definitely stay again.
