Purchased a new mattress this morning from the boys and we can say without any shadow of a doubt our experience was awesome, Thanks so much for your friendly service, your patience and humor. Oh AND the incredible deal you gave us. Happy New Year

We bought a bed which, through no fault of the stores, was faulty. As we live in the country it was a bit of a mission to return it a few months later and we were concerned that we would be told it wasn't their responsibility. Tash and Brett made an open and honest appraisal of the mattress, agreeing with us there was an issue and immediately taking full responsibility. The went above and beyond in their customer service ensuring we went home with a better product and some fabulous new pillows with their compliments for our troubles.
Tash & Brett, the bed is magic, you are fabulous, never slept so well and you have earned our absolute support and recommendation!

Sara and the team at Forty Winks Midland were amazing throughout the purchase of my new bedroom suite and mattress. Sara was very patient throughout the process, especially when i couldn't decide between two designs. The team are friendly, knowledgeable and strive to make the customer experience special. Corey was fantastic during delivery and expertly put togetger my bed and cleaned up all the packaging!

Went on today to pay for a base we had ordered. Asked a simple question regarding black Friday pricing as everyone else had a sale on until today. Was laughed at in my face by staff member Tash and said no discounts on bases and only triple Qantas points for purchases, was spoken to rudely.

I was then later greeted politely by Brett and we went to pay for our base to which he was then rude following a conversation with Tash prior to serving us. Then we were told that they would not honour the Qantas points after we were told that they could, citing that the base had been ordered/purchased prior to the partnership with Qantas, despite having not put a cent forward for the base. The website FAQ clearly states the following.

"You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer to earn and use Qantas Points when you purchase a product at a Participating Retail Store as outlined below:

-Earn 1 point per $1 spent on a purchase made at either an instore or online Forty Winks store

You will need to provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer member number at a Participating Retail Store at the time of payment. If you are unable to provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number at the time of the transaction, you will be unable to earn Qantas Points.

As you can see, it says TIME OF PAYMENT, and our bed base was $1400, so you can imagine how angry we are of the offer not being honoured unfairly.

This will be taken further.

Walked into the Midland WA store and purchased a mattress with details provided by salesman. Later discovering unsuitable for us and within 48 hours we sought a refund to our credit card (a day BEFORE due for delivery).
Teh request was refused outright by the team including Sara.
Not wishing a legal battle we resigned ourselves to a $200 cheaper mattress WITHOUT offer of compensation.
One of the worst experiences with a retailer including being asked three times the same question.
Delivery was timely and so giving two stars

Very good. Dont usually buy new furniture due to cost, but these people were LOVELY, they had very good choices for kids beds and the prices were so reasonable i ended up buying everything from them. The staff are great. They have a really good range of bedding too, and a sales bin where they sell the sets off cheaply when theyre discontinued. Very kid friendly, have desks set up with pencils and colouring in books, and a movie is often on so you CAN look around and not be pestered by 3 year olds too often: o) i recommend this place to anyone looking to buy bedding or bedroom furniture of any sort.
