Bought a new bed and mattress last week from Forty Winks Midland after doing our homework with the other main competitors and these guy's Dee and Aliciea were so helpful non pushy best service ever.
Found us exactly what we were looking for best prices they have products that the other's don't have.
So highly recommended anyone looking for a new bed mattress and bedding go see them you won't do better!

Had a bed delivered today by this amazing team! The people at the Midland store went above and beyond to help us. This isn’t the first time we have shopped here and won’t be the last Special shout out to Sara and the two delivery guys Nelson and Sam who made it all a breeze! Set up and packaging removed. After purchasing a $4000 mattress & it not wearing in enough to be comfortable & after being assured it would 'wear in' after 3 then 6 months, we paid another $480 for it to be re speced to a plush.still too hard. So if you are looking for a medium mattress I would NOT recommend the Sealy posture advance matress. So disappointed

Woohoo. Bought my first bed ever from here. Ive been sleeping on hand outs and borrowed beds for years. Tossed out my 20 year old futon and bought myself a cool gas lift bed with a hidey hole inside it. Now the kids will never find me while playing hide n seek.

Thank you so very much to the owner Sara, the lady I regularly deal with was not there. Sara was so very helpful with my friend to replace her bedroom suite, she showed great compassion and empathy, as my friend lost everything in the wooraloo fires. Great deal

As two ladies are really happy to help, the product I bought is not as good. The bed frame is of a reasonable quality but is 3 cm bigger in width and 6 cm bigger in length. Now my mattress looks out of size and smaller than it should be.
Why it is like that?

I have to say Midland shop owner has looked after my elderly parents above and beyond! Will certainly recommend to anyone to go to midland store, the staff also were very friendly and helpful:)

Went in for new pillows and was Told what I needed. Assistant was very rude, opinionated and pushy. We also looked at beds but left with nothing. I like to be advised, not told what I need. She needs to learn people skills. Wouldn't go back.

I had the most outstanding customer service from a very nice lady named Jayne (Kiwi). Thank you very much it's such a change would definitely recommend this place.

Very good service. The lady who helped us gave us the info then left us alone enabling us to decide and discuss in private which was good. There was no pushy or hard sell.

Excellent customer service from Kaleb. He knew his beds, was very patient with us and gave us a great deal. Customer service here has been significantly better than other bed stores we've been to.

The customer service we experienced at Forty Winks in Midland was amazing! Tash had a lovely, friendly manner and provided me with excellent knowledge and recommendations. She was also very patient in my indecisiveness and did not make me feel rushed at all. The rest of the team were also brilliant when it came to organising the paperwork and collecting our new purchase. A great experience from start to finish with high quality products - loving our new bed! Would highly recommend:)

Purchased a new bed after 20 years on the old one, really didn't know what was a fair price for a good bed. Kahla showed me thru their vast selection and I bought a great new bed for less than I budgeted for, very happy to recommend Forty Winks Midland to anybody.

Kaleb sold me a king ensemble this week and I was very impressed with the service provided. I found him to be down to earth, patient, and very knowledgeable. It’s obvious he cares about his job and clients.
