We had contacted F & D 2 years ago for a quote when our Daikin Inverter had a few issues. However, it seemed to work thereafter but finally gave out after 20 years. Bruce Bannear from Sales came over on the very day we contacted them, honoured the original quote and arranged installation within a week. Very thankful as it was during a particularly cold snap! Shaun Taylor and his assistant Ben carried out the installation. Shaun was so professional and the job was completed perfectly. We had a fairly large ducted system put into our home to replace the old one. We were impressed with Bruce when he came out to discuss our changing requirements since becoming 'empty nesters' and the solutions he put forward. After accepting the competitive quote, the job was started as scheduled. Compliments to Shaun (the installer and electrician) and his young courteous team for an installation job well done. After having some issues with companies getting back to me in trying to get a quote on a ducted system I thought I would try the face to face approach and visited the Ford and Doonan Osborne Park office. What a great decision that was. I spoke to Bruce about my requirements and what I was thinking and he shared his knowledge and suggestions freely followed by a booking to visit our home. Bruce listened to how we lived and used the home, then set about designing exactly what we needed and supplying the plans and quote. The Ford and Doonan installers that we had were a pleasure to work with and talked us through everything they were doing, why and whether we had any concerns. Shaun and his crew worked through everything leaving the house clean and tidy while fitting the outlets to ensure efficiency and comfort without the need to move any existing ceiling fans. The system operation were explained for me to understand and Shaun also downloaded the phone app for me to ensure I had remote access. It was our pleasure to work with a great team from Ford and Doonan Osborne Park along with their quality installers. We have used the system almost every day since installation and it has changed our lives. Thank you all.

Upon first approaching Ford & Doonan at Osborne Park, Toni was our consultant and provided a thoroughly professional service from beginning to end. Ensuring we had the best possible system to suit the layout and structure of our home was a priority. System efficiency to ensure best outcome for future running costs was of key concern also. Additionally, given the structure of our roof and space within the roof cavity proved our installation was going to be complex. Working with Toni were Shaun of Tailored Installations and his team. Shaun provided a second assessment of the original plan. This instilled in me further confidence that the job was being handled with the utmost precision. A few minor changes to the original plan were ultimately decided upon along with a diagram of the layout. This and clear communication from Toni provided clarity. During the week-long installation process, Shaun worked tirelessly to ensure our investment was handled and installed the right way, the first time, with the least amount of disruption. For those who want the job done properly from the beginning, you can't go past the team from Ford & Doonan, Osborne Park and Tailored Installations.

We could not ask for better service. In November 2020, when the Air Con business is probably super busy, we had two new split systems installed by the lovely guys from Ford & Doonan Osborne Park. Mat Collins came out to our house to review our requirements and provided us with a quote which had several options and recommendations suited for our needs. Within less than two weeks Eric came out with the two new systems and installed them for us. Eric is very pleased to have around and he made sure that the installation was performed to the highest standards (for example hiding the pipe on the front of the house in the down-pipes for nicer street appeal). Ford & Doonan contacted us after the install to see if we are happy with our purchase and the installation. I could not recommend them highly enough.
