Ford And Doonan recently did a solar and air conditioning installation at a commercial premises of ours. Was very impressed with the Practical and energy-efficient design ideas together with the quality of the final installation.
The professionalism of the management team was exceptional and I would not hesitate to use them again for upcoming projects.

Awesome from the first call

In early November we contacted two A/C companies in Perth for a quote (ducted system) in a small villa located in Osborne Park. From the very first contact I got the impression F&D were; interested in our business, professional and would most likely provide the best outcome. My instincts were correct. With over 30 years experience in dealing with all types of trades and organising many building projects, I know the questions to ask and responses I am seeking. Living in Tasmania and conducting this entire transaction remotely, I can only say F&D were outstanding. The price was very reasonable, they did exactly what they said they were going to do on the days they said they would do them. They ultimately provided a service over and above my expectations in addition to supplying some knowledgeable advice and helpful suggestions. It's not very often you find a supplier of this calibre, which is why I wrote this review.

Simply the best in the business. We had a Daiken ducted system with AirTouch2 and extra insulated roof cavity ducting installed. I was recommended Ford and Doonan by literally everyone! It was no surprise when they ended being exceptional. We have used Ford and Doonan twice now, their advice is second to none, workmanship exceptional, they turn up when they say they will (absolute rarity these days!), always give you the best price and all of their staff are expert, friendly and passionate about their field. We will only use Ford and Doonan now and we are very grateful to of found them. After sales care is just as good as above, do not trust your biggest investment to anyone else. We upgraded a few things as per the teams advice but they do not try to sell you everything, just what you need, they will tell you if you want something that is unnecessary. Thank you to the entire team at Ford and Doonan, there’s a reason you are the industry leader by a long shot!

We are very happy with our Ford and Doonan supplied ducted air condition and heating system.
Troy took ownership of the job and was very helpful with various design queries and limiting the visual impact of the outlets.
The installers did a great job and worked together well as a team without any bad language.
We had a cool house during the past 21/22 hot summer and have a nice warm place now.

F & D supplied Daikan ducted air conditioning in a roof space other companies said couldn’t be done! (We had previously been told we would have to put in a great ugly wall unit in our beautifully renovated Hamptons home bang up against the feature fireplace! Ahhhh!) Matt took up the challenge and through sheer determination, experience and an ethical work practise we now have efficient, effective, quiet and aesthetically pleasing air conditioning.

Dealt with Toni and can't sing his praises enough, went in knowing nothing about solar and I put my faith in him, his knowledge, experience, and professionalism told me I didn't need to go get any more quotes. Very educated in his field, and told me everything I need to make an educated decision for myself!

Fantastic service by the team from beginning to the end. Bruce who came out to quote was very nice. No hard sell and also came back with the best price. Keith and the team where super helpful in organizing the installation. Shaun the the guys did a fantastic job on the install. Did the whole place in 1 day and managed to squeeze the unit into a tight spot which is nicely out of the way. Highly recommended.

These guys are incredible in a good way. We have a very unusual house design with limited roof space. When our 22 year old ducted aircon died F&D came out multiple times and tried multiple options to get a solution that worked. We settled on split systems because Shaun’s expertise convinced us it would work. Shaun and his boys worked like demons and had the whole house system up and running in one day - focussed, professional, and tidied up after themselves. They took away all our old messes no fuss. Couldn’t recommend Shaun and his team highly enough and the F&D GM Tony who really went above and beyond. Thanks boys.

I purchased my ducted air conditioning at Ford & Doonan Osborn Park, lucky that I purchased it in the right place, the guy who served me was named BRUCE, he is so professional, friendly, and patient to consult for what I need, I finally happy to deal with him.
The duct air fitting guy named ERIC, also did a good job as and friendly, patient guy.
The third part is the electrical guys, they are nice people and friendly, they are really done a good job.

Under very difficult circumstances Troy did an exceptional job to deliver an a/c to a very senior citizen during a heatwave within a very short period. Troy bent over backwards to assist and I can't thank them enough. Fantastic solution focused operation. Highly recommend them.

Excellent service from the initial quote from Toni to the supervisor Eddie checking in to make sure the job was going well to the install which was expertly done by Eric and the apprentice. Very clean, no mess and no fuss. A perfect example of why you should chose quality over price. A great team effort and thanks again guy's.

Could not be happier with our new airconditioning units. Mat and his team were fantastic, from recommending an efficient solution for a difficult space, ensuring they provided the best possible cosmetic and functional outcome for the outside of the house and communicating clearly through the install which was seamless. They also left the house cleaner than when they arrived! Highly recommended!:)

I have to say I was really impressed from beginning to end with Ford and Doonan at Osborne Park. As an old fellow I expect some unfilled promises from salespersons these days, not like the old days blah blah bit Bruce was exceptional. Ford and Doonan delivered on everything that Bruce said they would in a very timely manner. The installation happened earlier than expected and the installation team were amazing working quickly quietly and efficiently in a very hot ceiling. Their work was spotless and there was nothing left on site. Can't get over how polite
they were.

My wife and I are so pleased we went with Ford and Doonan Osborne Park. Mat provided the perfect solution to what was a difficult installation on an internal wall and in a prompt timeframe. The installers were friendly and cleaned up after their work. We are thrilled with the result.
