Had my ducted aircon install in April 2022. The installers arrived on time and were friendly and worked fast to get the job done. All areas were left clean and tidy. Would recommend Ronny Design Consultant and the entire team to anyone in the market looking for a ducted air conditioning system.

Absolutely thrilled with the sales and service from Ford & Doonan Air Conditioning at Canning Vale. Ronny (sales) was amazing and incredibly helpful in choosing the correct system for my home. Ronny and Scott have also been very helpful in the after sales support.
I previously had 2 evap units and upgraded to a 16kw Panasonic inverter and it has been a world of difference. While F&D aren't the cheapest option they are definitely worth the money as the install was perfect (I actually stuck my head up into the roof space to inspect it) and everything was done brilliantly, the ducting was off the floor of the ceiling and suspected via straps and a drip tray was installed with piping out to an external drain, all done neatly. The crew were friendly and efficient (at one stage there were 7 people in my house) and completed the install within 4 hours. I cannot recommend this company enough. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

It took me this long to write this review because I believe in before and after sale services. I had my ducted aircon install in 3/2021. The whole process from the time I rang up to enquiry to fully installed was amazing. I got few quotes to compare with Ronny's quote. His wasn't cheapest. But as we all say " you get what you paid for". I am very happy with the super fast answers from Ronny. His advices, experience, design layout, on time, friendly and anything I need to know was beyond my expectation. Together with Ronny was great team Jeanette, installation team, electrician Steve. During instalment, I had a problem with electricity interfered my alarm system, (I was my fault) Steve came back to fix. Now summer start, November 2021, I got a problem with aircon. I rang Ronny and he contacted the after sale department, Steve and Ann really impressed me with their quick reply. All sort out. Happy ending and I enjoy my cool air on the 40 degree day.

Very pleasant experience all round, professional and friendly people, very happy with our new air con

It was time to update our inefficient 21 year old ducted system. Ronny handled the sales enquiry promptly and efficiently and provided a suitable solution and quote in a few days. Despite a week's lockdown, an installation date was quickly set. Jeanette in Accounts was efficient in handling payment. The installation team arrived on time and completed the job in a professional and efficient manner. All waste was removed and the house left clean and tidy. The system runs efficiently and quietly. The WiFi remote control using my mobile phone is an easy and convenient feature. Many thanks to the whole team.
