Very happy with the service from quote to installation of our ducted system. The quick response to online query, competitive quote and plan made the decision easy. Information supplied thought was exceptional, clear and concise.

Appreciated the quick installation date given to us with the follow up by the installer, and delivery the day before. The trades persons were also exceptional in their work ethic, interaction and end product, could not have asked for better service, with clean up and removal of a split system.

We sought out Ford and Doonan based on recommendation by friends and their reputation filled our expectations, credit to all. Could not have asked for a better system, has transformed our home.

Ron really gave me a very good deal with the product quality and pricing aside from his being informative, honest, friendly and approachable. The Accounts person Jeanette was so friendly and easy to deal with as if she was a former acquaintance. The installation crew were also professional, approachable, mindful and polite. Installation schedule was strictly followed in time before Christmas and the onset of this hot summer. I reckon, I met a perfect team.

Frankly, one setback though was the way the materials were delivered. The delivery guy did not ring my doorbell and just left a huge packs of AC materials (light to heavy) on the verge at 7 am which I need to watch against stealing. The F&D crew came at around noon time. Other than that, the above has fulfilled my overall satisfaction. Now the family is enjoying the cool inside environment courtesy of Ford and Doonan- truly a respected Aussie local company that lives up to its name. Very recommendable! ”

Ford and Doonan Canning Vale did a fantastic job with my new ducted reverse cycle aircon. From the initial quote through to installation, the whole process was smooth and professional. I had an undersized 10kw Fijitsu ducted air con.although it worked efficiently for my 4 bedroomed house, it was not up to the task to cool the house well. Also it was an old version that was still running R22 refrigerant. I had to upgrade! I went for the Daikin brand after some research work, and went with Ford & Doonan for installation. Their cooling load calculation showed that I would be good with a 14kw premium. But I insisted on the largest single phase 16kW premium. Well, I am a happy boy.its worth every shekel! I also went for the E-zone controller. You won't go wrong with Daikin

They were very prompt in getting back to me, provided multiple options based on the floor plan of the house, and gave me a reasonably priced quote.
