This is my first independent car service for 10 years or more. Peter is very pleasant to deal with. He takes the time to explain aspects and welcomes questions. I never felt I was asking too much, Peter has a great personality and his passion and knowledge of cars comes through in conversation.

The administration staff are also very pleasant and understanding. Due to factors of external influence, I had to reschedule and not once was I made to feel as if it's a burden.

I love my cars and I am very picky about who maintains them. I'm glad I found First Class Automotives, recommended by John Hughes Prestige.

The instrument panel of my old BMW showed that there was an issue with the right side tail light. I was told by a "very well known" workshop that I need to replace the tail light assembly. The staff gave me an estimate of at least AUD500 to replace it. I agreed to book the service but the receptionist was busy on the phone so I had the chance to flee the scene. She emailed me the quotation that afternoon for AUD760 including labour. I replied that the light bulb was busted and I was charged AUD5 to replace it. Thanks to Peter and Sarah of First Class Automotives. You are indeed first class and your standard of service is world class.

Booked in for a service after having a couple of bad experiences at John Hughes - found it thanks to Blasta brewing across the road (of which I'm a regular). Full service was carried out along with replacement of suspension bushes. The bushes came out under what was quoted as it didn't take as long, impressed by the honesty rather than charging the full amount. Great experience from drop off and pick up. Cheers.

Let us tell you how we met First Class Automotive. We just got our Mercedes CLK320 and we needed a new battery. We rang a company in Burswood. Stuttgart. They quoted us $900.00 for a new battery fitted. Now.just because we own a Mercedes doesn’t mean we are loaded, it also doesn’t mean we never get our hands dirty.

We rang Powercrank and got a price on the battery. $175.00. We then found out that Mercedes Australia rebadge the Power Crank batteries to make them Mercedes batteries. Cool.we are buying the exact battery, it just doesn’t have a Mercedes sticker. We were also told by Stuttgart Motors that we needed to have our car hooked up to permanent power through the cigarette lighter. (We had never heard of it, however felt concerned we had no idea what this was about.) We rang First Class Automotive. This power thing through the cigarette lighter was new to them, and if we wanted them to fit the battery it was going to cost $15.00. Cheap insurance for us. So.for $190.00 we had a new battery fitted by First Class Automotive. Considering the quote was $900.00 from Stuttgart.this was an awesome price. We haven’t left since.

When I owned a 1989 Mercedes 560SEC, it got the first class treatment from First Class Automotives. I was always happy with the job performed. Big old Mercedes aren't cheap to keep going, but I never felt stung by First Class. Unfortunately, I don't have the big old girl anymore.
