First Choice Liquor Market Bentley

Customer service is appalling now.not even greeted now as you walk in.the security guard looks at you as though he has a piece of poo under his nose.got what I needed went to the cashier and not even a hello from the cashier.there has been a change in staff and all the male staff think they are better than you.the girls that use to work there were great, always a smile and hello for you. I will not be visiting this store again as it has gotten worse over the last few months.it was always out of my way to shop there but I use to enjoy shopping there.looks like I will have to go a bit further out of my way to Dan Murphys. I have given it 1 star as I don't think you can rate it any lower

Excellent choices, friendly service, easy access, covid safe processes, worth visiting anything.

Store was fine, well maintained. A disabled man bought a slab and fell over outside the store breaking a few bottles, I asked the staff if they could replace the slab (I know stores like this are capable of doing so) and the employee (beard and tattoos?) was too busy to care. The disabled man drove away embarrassed. Really upsetting. Caring for your customers is a very important attribute of the service first choice offers. Will not come back again

It's a bottle shop.what's not to like? Perhaps it might have been better with more staff to assist the chap who was at the checkout.

The only liquor shop local to us that continues to sell our penfolds club reserve port. Love this place!

Rude, misleading and deceptive conduct by Shajid and Marcia when asked to remedy the overcharging of a bottle of wine due to incorrect price ticket.

If i could give them 0.i would.they behaved very rude for our ID which we didn’t have at the movement.

It's a shame a majority of liquor outlets charge exorbitant prices for beer and wines while citing transportation costs blah blah blah and not really offering much more than a warehouse experience.
Would be nice every so often been able to purchase a premium brand of whatever choice without factoring in if it's affordable.

Had very good service from the man and woman that were on late shift! Picked up some crazy good craft beers!

Great selection and friendly staff. It's nice to walk in somewhere and get a hello and later 'can I help you with anything in particular'.

I will never set foot in that shop again.
I never have been treated with such disrespect.
I went there with my husband and my 18 year old son.so me and my husband could buy some drinks for me and my husband, we were all taking looking at some of the drinks on the shelves and Haven a laugh when a young worker from the shop stormed up to my son and demanded ID.we told the worker that our son was of age but didn't have the right ID he said I don't care and get out of the shop, this blew me away because I have been shopping this place since it opened.
My son is allowed to be there I don't get It, so I took my business elsewhere.

Just another retail outlet that sells alcohol, some specials around but as with so many others somewhat overpriced.

Although first choice is great for selection and price, they deffinetly need to work on training the employees basic customer service skills. I had rung the bell for assistance, 1 worker stacking boxes and 1 behind the checkout serving both looked my way and continued working. I waited a 5 minutes untill I rang the bell again, when the checkout boy decided to chirp up and say there is another worker down there, you can go and get him.
