I phoned ahead to check a beer was in stock for my Dad. Pia was so lovely and has it at the counter when he went in store without me even asking. How kind and thoughtful. Thank you:)

Lot of choices, lots items on special for discounts. Staff are friendly. I go there very often.

Inside of store was so much bigger than I'd thought. A heap of range of different drinks were available.
Parking is available in the front and saw a little trolley was available for your convenience too.

Best place to buy liquor I always find best discounts available here, and it's not crowded at all. Plenty of parking space is available right in front.

All the staffs are nice except the store manager itself. Firstly he should know how to serve the customer politely.

Big open bottleshop with a good selection of booze, and better ciders than Dan Murphy's. Always an interesting assortment of alcoholics out the front, but they don't seem to be bothering anyone except each other.

Tried a contactless pick up only to find when I get home the 12 bottles of wine were the wrong winery. No check of my ID at pick up, obviously no check of the inventory by the store person. A real mess up of my night, thanks. Rang the store only to be told come back and we will change them and an explanation that "Its not my fault I didn't pack them. " You would be better off, and the customer would be better off, if you didn't offer the service since you do not seem to be able to deliver. A complete disaster with the customer left to clean up the mess. Thanks again.

Get better security
I went there today and a person walked in the same time as me. I was standing at the checkout waiting for someone to serve me and to pay and that person that walked in the same time as me walked out with a carton of premix cans without paying. The security guard on duty didnt notice him as he was too busy looking at his phone. I told the staff and all they could do was stare at the guy crossing the road lol the security guy was right there at the entrance. U need to ban phones with security unless urgent and sack that guy.security didn't even chase him.

Good Prices. Shocking staff. If you want to be treated like a crook go here or go elsewhere like I did

Well presented store. Struggled to find the normal beers section amongst all the craft and international beers

I was in your store this afternoon and when I passed through one of the aisle’s I hit my lower leg shin bone on the edge of staff’s trolley!
Now my leg is swollen and bleeding.
Not a serious injury
So I asked staff member (Tim) to move the trolley to make enough space to pass through the aisle
But he only moved it roughly 15-20 cm
I thought it was a poor effort in regards for costumers safety.
So I asked him to move it to another spot
But he (Tim) ignored my request and not politely
I found it the most unprofessional and as a regular costumer twice a week I will not be returning to your store.

Love these bottles stores great value always clean and tidy.

Just need more of them in Perth

2 delivery orders made and they both missed delivery dates. Extremely unreliable delivery service. Not recommended.

I was given a promo code and when I tried to use it I had to set up a account problem is it will not accept any password I use but the second line to repeat the password work and you can't go past it and you can't email them about the problem so I won't be going to that shop ever again

A very much take it or leave it attitude from the staff prices go up only to return to a new higher price which is then the discount price I am sick of being told they will match prices and then I have to find the competition price, if I have to do that I will go to the competition

A big liquor store, with loads of different kinds of drinks. They also have some great deals from beer and wine right through to RTD's and spirits. They also take Flybuys which is a added bonus.

Why on earth would anybody want a warm 10 pack? !

Come in for a click and collect and find it's waiting on a counter instead of a fridge and think to myself surely they can't have been lazy enough to pick a warm one.

I ordered at 5pm and called at 7pm to let them know I would be in at 8pm.

I figured worst case is that it's been out for half an hour. Arrive home to find it's room temperature.

It just baffles me how little you care about your customers if you can't even keep the pre ordered stock cold for a customer.
