Firehouse Restaurant

Went to firehouse for the first time and it was amazing, we were there just before dinner and it was great, the food was amazing and the service was very friendly and very quick. If you ever go you must have the garlic bread with cheese and the chicken wings, they were to die for!

The food was absolutely amazing. The only thing they got wrong was they bought the mains out with the èntrees. And when we asked why, we were told, "Well, they're all ready now, so. "

First time at the restaurant and couldn’t fault the experience. The food was great and came out fast. We were served by a lovely lady Anya who provided service with a smile and ensured we had everything we needed during our visit. We’ll be back!

I nice enough place, lovely and friendly customer service. Little bit disappointing on the dinner dish. When you advertise steak, you don’t expect to get gravy steak in a restaurant. Apart from that it was quite a nice meal. Nothing special tho

We had a table of 7 people and not one of us had a nice meal. For start, kids burger came out with mould on the bun, the second time it came out half frozen like it was put into the microwave just out of the freezer. The steaks were well done when ordered medium and medium well, also mostly fat. The service was not great as after our first complaint no one came to our table and asked was everything ok, I had go look for a waitress to complain about the mould on the burger. The oysters were also not fresh, only 3 eaten out of 6 oysters.

Steak well cooked exactly as requested. Salad with steak and chips nice and fresh. Sticky beef salad was also nice. Service was good and staff friendly even though we were not staying at the hotel to which the restaurant forms part.

The clubhouse steak sandwich was OK, the steak itself was a good medium rare, but the flavour wasn’t there. The chips were also soggy.

My wife ordered the gluten-free base chicken satay pizza, which had dry chicken and an extremely doughy centre. The base itself was borderline edible and made her feel nauseous after about 30 minutes of eating a few slices. Only the edges were slightly crispy.

Besides that, the other topping on the pizza were good and customer service was on point. Extremely kind and welcoming. I made this review purely because I’m too awkward in person to say so. We came to eat here because of the gluten-free options and online reviews. Mighty come back and order something different.

Service was fantastic very happy and bubbly. My wife and I both ordered rib eye steak and it was perfectly cooked and delicious, highly recommend coming here

Fantastic food, the kids serving was brilliant and the young person loved it. Great service and friendly staff.

The food was overpriced for what is was and how it was served. The prawns had a few lettuce scraps around them and supposedly was wasabi Mayo which was basically Mayo. The honey soy chicken wings were tiny with sour cream and sweet chilli on the side. The oysters were very small and not pre shucked. The table service was good but the bar service was very casual, the staff were busy chatting away and finishing their conversations while I waited to be served

I went with my partner and his father. They shared a pizza, which I was told was good.

My food however was inedible. It was actually repulsive and I couldn't eat it, despite trying. My partner ate it and hated it too. I got the pasta there, and honestly I'd been wanting to go there for a long time, and I'm so disappointed with how it went.
Thankfully we didn't have to pay for my dinner, I ended up thanking my partners dad for my Pepsi. So that side of the service was okay, but my partner constantly tried to get someone's attention while we were at our table and it honestly felt like the staff were avoiding us, and as soon as we got up to pay someone came and took the plates.

Unfortunately, I had to ask several times for my drinks to be served. I ordered a steak, and it tasted like it came from a tin.

Overall just amazing! My partner and i order spring rolls and garlic break to start.amazing! Then we ordered ribs and pork porterhouse.again, AMAZING! Waiting staff were friendly, respectfully and efficient.we waited about 20 minutes for our mains, which was the perfect amount of time to finish entres.will definitely recommend and go back in the future!

Avoid this place at all cost, I ordered & paid for room delivery & they gave me half a wrong order so I had to return it, 20 mins later the correct order arrived with the original half of the order cold & soggy, $59 for a terrible meal is unacceptable
