Would love to give a higher rating BUT I have found their customer service quite appalling! My emails go unanswered and even trying to call via the phone number listed - there is NO ONE to help with my enquires! Very bad customer service in that regard BUT overall I was happy with my experience.just get your customer service properly managed!

I informed Ferratum that my father passed away and to hold a payment. This is the most disgusting response I have ever received.

I had been refused a loan by about 5 other competitors and was about to give up. I lodged my application with Ferratum and called them shortly after. My loan was approved within 5 minutes and the money in my account at 4.30 pm same day. I highly recommend Ferratum for a short term loan solution to financial issues.

It might of took few applications but eventually I got approved but for lower amount which was no drama's, just happy to get that extra help I need when no one else would.

I had funds transferred into my account without signing a contract. NO agreement was made. NO contract was signed and NO offer or approval email was received. Without my knowledge I was entered into a 12 month contract! The repayments are very high and I have been unable to speak to someone in regards to the matter. This is the opposite outcome for someone seeking financial help! Be careful.

Liam was a big help in helping me optimizing my loan at first I only applied for 600 and he told me i could go for 1200 after considering my financial factors to repay the loan, yes i agreed to go for 1200 and its a big help knowing ferratum has your back

Would give Ferratum less than a one star if I could. Been a long time customer for many years and thought a little courtesy wouldn't go astray. However after learning that all is done by computer and ones decision is based on NO HUMAN INPUT WHATSOEVER I am leaning toward never applying with them & certainly never recommending them to anyone again. There was ample funds to cover fortnightly repayments over a 12 month period as I calculated all before applying.
Disgusted with 100% electronic and no human input.

I applied through Ferratum and was actually approved for double of what I initially applied for. I was pleasantly shocked as it was my first time applying with them. I am very grateful for their immediate trust in me as a new customer and then how quickly they approved and transferred the funds to my account. The repayments are fair and affordable.

Money was approved quick and deposited fast. The only downside I find with Ferratum is their members page, no option to make extra payments, no loan balance etc. It needs updating, if I have a spare bit of money I would like to be able to view my current balance and pay a bit extra towards my loan but with ferratum you are unable to do this.

Very slow to respond top customer request - took over 14 days to respond in most cases when I have had to deal with them.
