Avoid this company at all cost
Was paying on time until I was off work for a couple of weeks having surgery which I provided medical certificate,
They then sent my account straight to their debt collector who I contacted and agreed to keep making my weekly payments.
Just found out after account has been long paid off ferratum listed a default on credit report without any warning.
Very untrustworthy company

Go to apply for a loan and a returning customer and site under maintenance been like this for last few months! Whats going on?

I am very um happy with you people, keep on adding fees to late fees once loan is paid off that's it will never deal with you people ever again

I have been absolutely frustrated with the level of service providing by Ferratum in regards to a potential fraud case, and trying to get documentation for over a year.

However. In one online chat with the lovely Ellen, I received all the information I required as well as a path as to how to resolve the issue, and what I needed to do next once I completed the actions to move forward.

Overall the level of professionalism from each person I had contact with has been brilliant, but please, don't just keep sending the same email over and over. Create a complaint system that tracks the relevant details of a case so that you don't get frustrated people who are trying to do the right thing.

Thanks again Ellen for all your help. It was greatly appreciated and that you're an asset to Ferratum.

Will not recommend, make you pay off your loan, claiming you can apply for new loan, and then decline you once you have paid off your loan + crazy interest. $1900 original amount, total paid was $3200, one would think In my opinion they have some customer loyalty

Was very easy and simple to set up and was quickly paid into my account. No fuss no bother so thank you.

Thank ferratum for giving me a loan, I tried every other loans but, they just wouldn't give me a loan. I would recommend ferratum to any body who looking for a small loan. I thank ferratum from the bottom of my heart. And will always get a loans from ferratum.

Had a few loans with Ferratum and they have been fantastic to deal with everytime. Can't recommend them enough.

I borrowed $1900 last year making the full repayment $3116 I missed three giving me a extra $216 on top iv just paid $2194.72 in full and going threw my bank statements iv paid a total off $ 1552 bringing total paid $3747.39 but are still telling me I owe $994 …. How the hell does that work? ! They sent me everything I owed n what iv deposit in last few days iv over paid what the total loan was

Easy approval once it's actually done but trying to make contact is almost impossible. Took me 3 business days of trying to get someone on phone, via email, through chat and WhatsApp. Finally someone responded and finalised load.

Absolutely impossible to get hold of any one to discuss loan when missed a payment or need to arrange an alternative payment.
Email service is unresponsive and can't get hold of anyone on the phone number.
Absolutely appalling and stressful.
Would not recommend taking a loan out with this company.

I got my money and they were very helpful, however the process was extensive and it took almost a week to complete. Still, very accessible service!

Money was paid out really fast application was easy and the time i applied to the time i was approved was about a day very happy customer
