Ice cream here is really good but
the service at this place is disgusting.
I visited this cafe on Saturday and what I witnessed at this cafe from one of the staff here was the most appalling and unacceptable behaviour i have seen in my life to here one of the staff swear at a customer and told her to get out of the cafe because it seemed she couldn't be bothered serving her.l felt it was a race issue she had with this customer and if this is the kind of treatment a person gets from the staff here I for one
Won't be going back any more

Usually coffee is the best but today we had a weak coffee.
Hope it much better next time

Have come here a few times for ice cream and never disappointed! $5.50 for a generous scoop of ice cream and their coffee passed the Mocha test.

For a change today I had their mushroom and spinach crepes. Two servings, very nice and generous amount of mushrooms. Only thing was they did not have cheese in them but I still really enjoyed them without it.

Will be back!

Local desserts, cafe place next to the beach, enjoyed affogato with 2 scoops of ice cream! Yummy! And also a chocolate milkshake! Probably a must in rockingham summers! Thank you so much!

Alot of variety and Good serves of icecream at a reasonable price. Will definetly come back when in rockingham.

Went into this cafe on a regular Tuesday, not school holidays. The place was only 50% occupied but there was over a 30 minute wait just for waffles. Walked out again.

Best waffles in the world. Great friendly service. Would recommend to everyone. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.

Really bad experiences there, We have waited 20 minutes for a table and then we got the table by ourselves, I don't know why their staff gave the table to the others, who came later than us, they just told me they ordered before us! I can not accept it! I came to the store first and looking for the table, and we want to order after got a table, and I had asked them before I order, can I have those tables and they said to me ok! And then we went to order they gave my table away! That's fine because we were still waiting for the tables, I saw a lot of tables available and I asked staff where can we sit the other guys told me they don't set up the table for customers, we need to find a table by ourselves, so what should I do! I found the table they gave to the other and we wait for them to set up a table, and they said we need to find it by ourselves. Because are we Asian? So you don't wanna do service for us?

Love this place, the pancakes are so light and fluffy and the icecream is Simmos, so the very best. The view is great and staff always cheerful.

Shop was busy placed order of food and drinks could barely hear yourself ordrred anyway. Sat down ages passed got drinks 30 mins later my pancakes arrived very dry lovely presentation. No toastie for hubby i went to enquire ended up it wasn't ordered after waiting ages, but got offered cheese bean toastie that wasn't claimed reci6was obtained and young girl gad not put through proper order. We left no discussion from manager

I took my children here for a nice day out and my child found a fly in her ice cream.on a previous occasion of coming here i found a hair in my ice cream but decided to dismiss it as everyone makes mistakes and sometimes these things happen, however this is unacceptable.the customer service was not great either.it was obviously clear the employee was in a terrible mood and seemed to take it out on me.she made me feel like i was an annoyance.not a great experience.

This is a delightful shop with lovely service and views to match. The food is a treat.
Additionally, parts of the menu have GF options, which allowed me to eat a waffle for the first time in 14 years today. It was awesome - so soft, fluffy and delicious. Worth the wait.
Thank you to the owners for going to the trouble of catering for people who must eat GF.
Will be back again and again.

It is hands down the best ice cream parlour in the area for price, freshness and quality. All served with patience and a smile. So many flavours to choose from. On street wheelchair parking and access.

Stopped in to get some frappe as it was really hot. Ordered Mocha and Coffee Frappe.
Customer service was great as well as location, however frappes were not.
Mocha was still bearable but coffee frappe was so bitter that a person like me who only drinks black coffee couldn't take the bitterness. I just couldn't finish it.

Might be a one of situation as a lot of people love their frappes but unfortunately mine and my wife left the place dissatisfied.

My husband and I had ice cream here and taste was good but it was a bit too flavourful.
My husband loves something sweet but he could not finish them up by himself. (I helped him)
He ordered adult size 2 scoop with corn, and it was really big! I ordered kids size single cup and it was enough for me.
I recommend you to try kids size cup first if you are not sure.
Staff were friendly and quick serve.

I go here almost every week with my girlfriend, The service is great and they make some great pancakes and waffles. I remember the first time I went in, I got them to do a custom order for me that simply baffled them, 5 Pancakes with banana, strawberry's, poached eggs, sausages, bacon, peanut butter iced cream, maple syrup and baked beans. I'm pretty sure I will remember that breakfast on my deathbed, Took the better part of an hour to eat and was sooooo good.

Went here with my friend & her children & the customer service was second to none? Making the kids laugh & feel comfortable was the best! Waffles are absolutely AMAZING & highly recommend as were the chocolate & coffee frappes, the ice cream cones, cheesecake & the cookies. We weren't too keen on the choc-banana pancakes as they were quite dense & some people's pallets are just different, but the kids still demolished them! Will definitely be going back to try the rest of their menu
