I would recommend Solomon Terry if a person was looking for a practitioner who had a good manner and was able to be innovative and attentive to a disabled person needing exercise physiology as part of their NDIA plan.

The Professional Exercise Physiologists at Exercise for Life are very positive, happy, and proficient at improving muscular skeletal condition with excellent exercise and fitness programs. They have tremendously helped me. I recommend them to anyone with muscular skeletal issues.

Would highly reccomend these guys for anyone with a sports injury. Solomon provided me with a great excercise program that helped me build up my knee strenght after a high sprain ACL tear. I loved his professional approach and anatomy knowledge which gave me confidence to push my body more. Thank you

The whole team at Exercise for Life are incredible! Solomon has been training me to pass my PPE assessment and has been amazing! Constantly checking in on my progress to make sure I am hitting my goals and setting me a tailored training plan to help me improve the areas needed most! Domenic assessed me and he was great, really pushed me to do my absolute best on the day! Such a friendly environment with a team that truely care about helping people achieve their goals! I will continue to visit exercise for life to improve my fitness further.

Exercise For Life review

I have been coming to this place, Exercise For Life for almost 12 months. As I have been accepted for the NDIS plan, it will mean that I will be able to come more often then once a fortnight. The whole team is very welcoming and I feel very comfortable in continuing to go there. As I have been diagnosed with Generalised Anxiety Disorder & a conversion disorder as well I find it hard to go into new places and meet new people. However as everyone is very understanding and supportive I am happy to continue to come to this place. I have been working with Fiona now for almost 12 months and Fiona is very supportive, understanding and has been helping me to get the strength and support back into my right leg. Fiona will help me push myself through some of my barriers but being supportive as well.

I started seeing Matt and his team of very supportive Exercise Physiologists at Exercise For Life on my GP's recommendation. I resisted for over a year, having had bad gym experiences in the past, and a great dread of exercise in any form. I have a severe mental illness and was very unwell and very unfit. A couple of years on, I am still going to the "gym" (it's not like any gym I've ever been to). This a safe environment, staffed by professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff who know their client's names and "stories". I am now confident, healthier and happier, and best of all, I can walk and climb stairs. I thank Matt and his staff for facilitating my transformation. I certainly recommend this "gym" for everyone, but particularly older people, and those with mental or physical difficulties and those recovering from illness or injury. Matt and his team are particularly good at making us feel confident in our fitness journey.

I have trouble with my neck after years of computer work and from tending to droop my head forward. Recently the stiffness and pain were quite bad and I was using stretches and painkillers without much success. I mentioned it to Matt and he said to just do a little chin tuck, not too aggressive. So I began to follow his advice during the day and it worked like a miracle! My posture has improved, headache and neck pain gone, no more migraines. I'm so very pleased. Such an insightful and effective solution. Thank you Matt.

I was referred to Exercise for Life by my GP for back pain. I have just finished my first six sessions with Fiona Nguyen and the benefits are amazing. I can move without pain and feel more stable when moving. Fiona has developed an exercise programme that suits my needs and is quick to make adjustments if needed. I would recommend Exercise for Life for anyone at any age.
