Was looking for a self drive truck.
These guys were the ONLY ones i could find that opened on a Sunday morning so i didn't have to pay for 2 days.cause my move was a Sunday.
Also definitely the best rates around.add to that the friendliest staff and also efficient and well coordinated.
Will be using them again
They have a lots of extra charges with really high excess fee ($5000 for truck doesn't matter your fault or any other driver's fault!)
And at the end I received an invoice which by mistake mentioned I had driven 1100km!
In addition, truck wasn't isolated probably and in rainy day which I borrowed it, some of my stuffs' came wet.
Hassle free and was made easy by Chris who organised our car, only downside was the fact he was Scottish and even worse a RANGERS SOCCER FAN (only joking of course)
He was lovely and accommodating,
Easy to book. Bit of a pain to get to if you aren't being dropped there, not close enough to train links.
The worse customer service ever. I went to pick up my car at Osborne park in Perth. I felt really disrespected.
First, I got there and the staff asked for the mask but they weren’t wearing it inside.
While talking to the staff (Simon) I noted he was being prejudiced, asking questions about my drive license which is from Tasmania and asking if I had GPS on my phone because according to him the airport in Perth is too big.
He also was trying to make everything really difficult with me.
He is rude and he shouldn’t be working with people.
I don’t recommend anyone renting a car at Osborne Park.

Given one star because I cant give 0! We were running late with the truck and they told me that we had to have it back by 10 or they would have to charge us another days hire - didn't finish the job and got the truck back and they charged us anyway! Then they charged my card another 394$ on top of the 698$ they had already taken. WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME! I am waiting for a call back from Ian the manager but nothing yet - will be making a formal complaint to Consumer Protection -DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Also - they tell everyone to fill the fuel tank up past the safety click, would love to read their OSH policies!
