27Hired a small truck 3 weekends in a row for some ongoing errands I had lined up. Great experience with their team on all occasions. Smooth check out and return procedures and no issues with any of the vehicles. Would recommend and would come back. Thanks
The vehicle I rented from them was very shaky and the steering was rattling, I informed the company through phone call but nothing happened, I sent emails to the supervisor of the branch that I took the vehicle from but didn’t receive any response, so unprofessional, will not recommend anyone taking cars from there, they puts the lives of their customers at risk.
Made a booking and receiving confirmation that the car is reserved along with a price. Then on the day when it would be impossible for me to find a nother booking told me my original booking is cancelled and that if i wanted a car I would have to pay more than double the price for something that is not appropriate. But I needed a vehicle so at the end of the day I was forced to go with something that is too tall and is $600 more than the price we agreed to. If you made a mistake and double booked a vehicle I shouldn't be the one to pay the price for it, if anything I should have to pay less because it doesn't meet the same requirements as the original vehicle.
Was going to give this company 5 stars however be very careful, the man at the front desk assured me not to worry about bringing it back before 11: 30 on Saturday as he had sorted it out for me and I could drop it back at anytime on Saturday. On Monday I got a bill for the Sunday. DO NOT trust the word of the front counter staff, unfortunately cost me an extra $130 dollars.
Reasonable price, easy process and very understanding and accommodating when I rang with less than 48 hours notice to say we may have to cancel or reschedule due to house settlement issues. Would definitely use them again.
We would highly recommend Europcar, Excellent Customer Service, everything went smoothly from pick to returning Vechile.
I would recommend not to book with this franchise.
I had a booking via rentalcars. Unfortunately, my flight was cancelled so I called them to advise I would be late for the pick-up. I got a guy on the phone who thanks me. However, then I had a call rentalcars with rentalcars that told me the car dealer rent my car to someone else without possible reimbursement. The franchise did not want to hold my car for a few hours that is a pain especially when they open only on morning and you cannot do pick-up in the afternoon on Saturday.
This is a revenue friendly franchise, not a customer friendly one. Maybe they have nice cars and nice staff for you if everything goes as planned. But do not expect them to help if you have the slightest issue.
Europcars Osborne Park were excellent checking in and returning. I am an ex car rental person and thought is was of a high quality. First time in a KIA, excellent little car.
Polite staff, we booked small car, but they gave us bigger car without having to pay difference
Over charged me for a two days rental for two different mistakes, never called back or replied to any messages. Could never get hold of the staff and they kept hand-balling the issues. Poor customer service to say the least
We were allocated a VW T Cross, which served our needs perfectly to explore the coast south of Perth. All staff were very helpful and were happy to share their local knowledge.
Office was closed at 1pm even though the rental car pickup time was confirmed. Told to come back the next day at 7am, which we did, but they didn’t have a car! Absolutely useless, ruined our Christmas holiday. Looking at other reviews I can see others have suffered too. DO NOT USE EUROPCAR OSBORNE PARK.
I booked a small SUV last April and the young guy that helped me was amazing. Explained the car in detail so I had no problem with all the controls.
The most incompetent Europcar I have ever been to
Truck not ready when I got there had to wait a few hours for it, another person came in for a van and it was not available to them they told them to come back in a few hours!
They could not have cared less
The tall bald guy who I assume might be the manager was rude and unhelpful, I do understand his life long dream was not to work in a job renting cars and trucks but there he is for the rest of his life.ha.sad
Have rented light trucks several times and my most recent experience has been great. I rented a truck for 2 days and unfortunately became ill. I returned the truck on the second day just after opening and without asking was refunded the second days fees.
Friendly staff. I was lucky to have booked ahead, but they bent over backwards to find a vehicle for a walk in.
Not the best experience. Service over the counter was ok. Other things were not so good: Took almost 7 days to get my bond refunded. Truck didn't come with the power cord for the lift and I had to move a lot of heavy items. When I called to ask about it, I got fobbed off about it in a really unfriendly manner. The truck, itself felt quite weak (I have driven a lot of them in the past), and also made a terrible wheezing noise on the freeway due to the door/window not sealing probably. Wouldn't hire with them again.
Absolute joke of a company
The Osborne Park location is laughable how inept they are
It should be simple, take a booking and when the customer turns up to collect the van they booked have it ready for them or at least let them know in advance the van will not be available to them!
Thanks to the rude manager who basically said I don't care! And " it happens all the time"

Would not recommend anyone trying to rent a car through Europcar Osborne Park. We had an issue with this franchise from the moment with pick up the car to returning it. We got charged an extra day for a mistake that one of their staff member made without our authorisation and when we try to dispute it because we did NOT agree to the extension they still deducted the money from the account we used to pay for the deposit. Even when we tried to explain that this was not in our agreement they just talked over us and said we still have to pay even though they’ve already deducted the money. We were mislead and treated unfairly by them. Also, the $500 bond we paid for has not been returned to our account yet and it’s been more than a week already. Save yourself the time and NOT go here if you’re looking for a rental car. And if you ran into trouble with them, make sure you have things in writing because they just say what you want to hear on the spot but never follow through with them.
This is the WORST Europcar franchise ever!
Do not book anything here as there is a very very high chance that you will get a call on the day you are due to pick it up and it will not be available, you will hear one of the following
* the car/van/truck has been in an accident
* the car/van/truck has been overbooked
* the car/van/truck has not been returned
* the car/van/truck has broken down
It has happened to myself and friends many many times
You are dealing with a franchise who has no idea how to actually book a reservation and keep the reservation for you!
The manager is useless and rude and could not care less if you dare tell him that you are relying on this rental and can not book another one at short notice
Believe all the bad reviews because they are correct
