36 Do not use europcar fremantle! I had booked through a third party website (QEEQ) car hire and insurance. Europcar then charged me again as they said I didn’t have insurance or a booking. Inept. On top of this they put through their double charge twice!
Will not be using europcar again. A $288 4 day booking cost me $640.
WORST PLACE EVERRRRR! They are so inconsiderate and have really bad customer service. I’ve never written a bad review before on anything. EVER. But this deserves one!

Be careful when you buy a premium cover, Term 3 on rental agreement T & C's is vague. Ripped me off for returning the car a day early.
Good service. Had a hire car from here for a few weeks while mine was getting repaired. Had 2 different cars second one was brand new so beautiful to drive.

They have debited over $1600 from my bank account and they wont refund me the money. This transaction was not authorized. They have caused me a lot stress and anxiety and wont take responsibility.
The worst. Do not book with them. We had a confirmed booking & no one met us to get the car, no call back. Absolute shocker. Terrible customer service.
Pick up time was 9.30am. Was there at 9.40am. Car wasn't ready. Still not ready at 10.15am. They still cleaning the car. Was late to work obviously. Not well time managed. Not impressed at all.
Little hard to get in and out as on a very busy road. But very quick and efficient. Very friendly. Reaching them by phone can be difficult.
My wife used them to drive a car around when her car was involved in an accident. They charged us an extra 200 dollars for an upgrade that we didnt ask for. They then told us that they would refund the money but that was over a month ago. I have called several times and they are polite over the phone saying that they will do it, but I still have yet to see the money.
Europcar Fremantle is the most professional Hire Car Company. Their sales assistant is so lovely, polite and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone!
Take photos of your rental car. They wont return your security bond until you call there head office in Melbourne. First and last time customer. Disappointing.
Australia’s WORST Europcar. Everything is a hassle. Everything is too hard. This place sucks! Possibly the worst Europcar in the universe. Dirty messy site, tiny clapped out office, the place is busted and worn out, just like the staff. Avoid at all costs. Staff try and downsize your car to some cheap junk, and pretend there is no damage, never seen any of the vehicles without damage so don’t get caught out check twice with staff before you get ripped off for damage you didn’t do
Rented a car at the airport and returned it here on a sunday the staff were very professional.it was a quick and easy transaction
The Europcar Staff have excellent service and passion for their clients.
Their patience and understanding are second to none and will always go that extra mile where they can.
They have had many challenges over the years, from rental vehicles crashing into other vehicles upon exiting their facility to trucks ram raiding the offices in the night to steal precious jewels, and yet they always hold their head up high with professionalism and pride.
Keep up the great job team!
We keep coming back to Europcar because of Elaine Aquino (bookings Fremantle) and Lim (pick up/ returns Perth Domestic Airport). They receive ten stars for their customer service. Hope Europcar values them as much as we do as not all their staff are of the same calibre.
I made a reservation online and for the type of car I wanted including zero liability insurance and unlimited mileage they were the cheapest company in Fremantle. The staff is friendly and professional. Therefore, everything was handled quickly without loosing time. The car was in a perfect condition with only 14.000km.
