Car great. But you have to fight their sharp practices with changes add- ons insurance for this and that. This time they charged my card $40 for 10 litres of petrol. Impossible to have fitted that into a full tank. Managed to get it refunded after opening a dispute via my credit card company. Honest mistake or playing the odds. Open to interpretation. But other like complaints.

I will NEVER be hiring from Europcar again scratched the car a little and have recently received my invoice but the next day Europe car had withdrawn the total amount leaving my account overdrawn and me without a cent for the next week. The worst part to me is I never authorised this and the card I had initially hired the car with had to be cancelled due to theft and they withdrew the amount from my new card which I never gave them the details for then withdrew without my permission I classify that as theft.

The crew at Europcar Perth made our car rental very easy and comfortable. The car was perfect and the price very fair. We returned the car a bit early as we didn’t need it any more and although we exceeded the included mileage, the manager made an effort to make the rental as cheap as possible for us. Would love to hire a car from Europcar again.

Good: The car was new (<1300km).
However you should check what is included in your renatal car package before you enter the building, specially if you order through a 3rd party vendor. The told me that damages up to ~5500AUD I've to pay from my own pocket (but I know that I purchased addtl.coverage).

Disappointing:
* compact car (Kat CDAR - Kia) had no cruise control.
* I was 30 Min.to early to pickup the car, and they told me that I've to bring the car exactly at the same time where I picked it up back.
* they do not offer out of hour return, as they have no drop box. So you can bring the car back only durig their business hours.

Staff so friendly and pleasant. I forgot something to put back from the rented car. Made a call and brought it back the next day, wasn't a problem at all for them. Really professionals and easy going. Thanks a lot for your time, service and kindness guys!

Dafür ist aber die Abwicklung problemlos und professionell!
Tipp: Unbedingt von Zuhause aus über ein Vergleichsportal buchen, die Tarife vor Ort sind deutlich höher!

Staff very pleasant & helpful when we picked up the car. Prepaid for 12 days & were told if we brought it back early we’d we recompensed! Joke - brought it back 24 hours early & ‘no, that’s it’! Won’t be using them again!

Booked a rav 4 3 months ago, when i turned up the guy said it's not available and tried to con me to take a small compact car. Tried to sell it to me by giving me 2 compact cars for the price i paid. Didn't want it. Advised I'll get a Kluger.didn't get it in the end as it needs to be serviced.so many mind games.to protect the demand of the centre for the car customers need. I doubt they would do this to a white person.disappointed.

Horrendous. Avoid at all costs. Misleading prices that change when you arrive to pick up car and then they try to charge you extra! Dreadful!

Well I called to get information to rent a car and the lady attending me couldn't understand what I was saying. So she just hang up during the conversation while I was explaining myself. I still can't believe it!

Good efficient service at prices that are hard to beat. I prefer to use this place over the super cheap outfits near the airport. Only downsides are that it's closed Sunday afternoon and only opens at 8 during the week (although I've dropped in closer to 7: 30 without complaint)

I have unpleasantly had to deal with Europcar in Perth CBD for over a month after car hire. Firstly, staff gradually became unfriendly, sarcastic and rude, portraying their frustration with our lack of car hire experience. Secondly, their customer services/ accounts team are horrible to deal with, advising of processing days starting at less than 7 business days, then 14, then 21, with no record of actions performed on your "account", currently fuelling a goose chase between Europcar and our banks.
Will never use Europcar again
P. S.thoroughly check your condition report and be sure to take photos of your given vehicle before leaving the property
